ive just been allowed to wear makeup and im So happy..but now i have no idea what to wear!! like eyeliner..are you sopossed to put it on the inner rim?..does black liner look okay on light skined people!? ive got blonde hair blue eyes and light skin. if youve got any tips or tricks id love to hear em! thanks a bunch! <3 amber

Aw, yeah, makeup is always fun!! Well, what I usually do is I wear the eyeliner on the outer and inner, but if you wear your eyeliner on the outer part, make sure it's very thin. And yes, black eyeliner looks good on light skinned people and REALLY good with blue eyes!! I hope that helps.
