ne one kno a store where u can buy "punk" type clothes? my mall has all abercrombie etc and im just looking for a place where i can find my type of clothing except for like hot topic and stuff...they r really nice except expenisive and more gothic. so help if u can thanks alot :)

Well, usually the best "punk" outfits are a mix of stuff from many places. Basically anything you own that you know doesn't really go together- put them together and well...you've got yourself a punk outfit. One time I wore black tights, chucks, a hoodie with a shirt and skirt and people kept telling me I looked punk. Or the other time with the waistcoat, argyle socks, and brown cut-off pants. Go to every thrift store you know of, and if you don't know any, break out the phone book and look up "vintage clothing" or something along those lines. Goodwill is great and it's cheap. Salvation Army, any place like that. go to places that you already love and just mix up what you wear. Don't be afraid to alter stuff- you can make things punk if they didn't look like it before. Honestly, I don't consider what I wear punk, but people tell me I am all the time.

Believe it or not, you should try vintage stores and second hand stores, you'd be suprised what you would find in there. Also, look through friends and family members old clothes, I want to encourage you to come up with your own style, but whatever makes you happy. Its also a good idea to go to garage sales and look, thats what i do, i found these really nifty purple tights with gothic black crosses on them...if you were from detroit, or live around the detroit area, i could tell you where to go, but i'm assuming you don't. Well, have fun shopping!

If you look around in Kohls or places like that .. they have some shirts and stuff that are goth. But I'd have to say that one of the best places is Gadzooks .. but then again Pac Sun has some really cool ones as well!! Just look around in places and fine a cute goth shirt and some pants and put the outfit together it should look great!! =]

i buy a lot of "punk" clothes at thrift stores. they are awesome and you can score some really cool stuff for really cheap. i mean definently wash all of it before u wear it, but thrift stores are goldmines for punk stuff :)

Body Central has like a funky punk type to it. Another good store is value city, which sounds crazy, but if you really look, it's got some really green cargo and baggy stuff with chains and everything. But i still think Body Central is the best place

If your looking for things at the mall there is: Hot Topic, PacSun,...ect. You can also go to Macy's or something and pick-n-choose things that start to look "punk" together. Look in magazines as well,...Alloy, Punk for Teens,...ect. Search the internet for stores. Go to google and search "Punk clothes for Teenagers" or something similar. You will definately find something your looking for!
