Ok, this sounds kinda gross, n this question might get kicked off but i am serious about this...today my breasts started hurting really bad, it is doing it right now there are like these certain spots where they hurt, so im just wondering why they hurt and shud i call a doctor or something? Thanks!

More than likely they are growing and you can feel the stretch, it's completely normal to get this pain. But if this continues, try to see a doctor for it, they should be able to help!! Lizzy answered Sunday July 18 2004, 9:27 pm: If you are coming close to being on your period or something, you do get really bad chest pains. Another thing could be if you changed your diet or something, because when you eat more fats, your breasts increase in size numerously, so it's not necessarily a bad thing. Lol, hope you get better
