I've been looking into several ways to remove hair from my legs and underarms. One of my friends suggested using Depillatory Cream. (Such as Nair, Veet, etc) My question is, does this really work? And is it safe for underarms? What brand or product do you suggest? And how long does the hair stay off? (link)

Every time I get out of the shower my hair is frizzy, poofy, and just a pain! No matter how much i straighten it, it never hangs down flat like other girl's hair! Its always poofing out, or has waves in it! I need help my hair always looks bad!

ok i have the same exact problem! but this is what works for me, when i get out of the shower i blow dry it, then straighten with a good straightener (i use to use a cheap one and it didn't work) then i use this gel stuff and it makes the friz go away. i hope it works for you!

my knee has been messed up for like a long time. i had x rays taken of it and they doctor said that the knee cap had slipped over alittle but the other one was over to the side too he said i was prolly born w/ that but now it has gotten worse and my knee cracks like 2-3 times a day and it hurts even more!!!! is there anything i can do to help it? tell exactly that to the docter and they can probably do something to fix it, and if he says it no big deal then say yes it is, im in pain and make him feel bad lol

when it doesn't remove hair the 1sy oe 2nd time you try to shave. but normally girls use it from 4-6 times then throw it out.

There's a 7th grade girl and her 8th grader boyfriend alone in the hall at the end of the school day. His mom gives her a ride home so they're waiting on her to arrive. oh wow you have been going out for 5 months and havn't even kissed. hun, you need to get over that fear. there is nothing to be afraid of, just put your lips to his (unless he wants to like french and stuff) but if its a normal kiss then just go for it. the only way to get over your fear is to face it. so JUST KISS HIM and you won't be afraid anymore!!

Ok, so there is this guy that I met online a few years ago. But we didn't really talk until around last Thanksgiving. He lives in North Carolina and I live in Minnesota. We've talked every single day on the computer and on the phone since Thanksgiving. I want to be with him so bad. But im only 15 and I have school right now. make up, just use cover up. and if that doesn't work and it really bugs you then just wear your hair in a style that covers your face but u can still see, and if that doesn't work then idk what to tell ya! hope i helped!

Me and my boyfriend loved eachother so much! Well.. Just to piss off my best friend he always said "I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU!" to her! i started to get a little mad! don't be mad at your best friend because she was probably joking when she said i love you because she has a boyfriend but i think that is was smart of you to dump your boyfriend because he shouldn't be talking about having 2 girlfriends at one time especially when you were his only girlfriend. so i think that you did the right thing.

This is the second time i have posted this.. maybe someone will remember me from the first time. I am not 16 years old and i would say that i have felt insecure for as long as i can remember but it has worsened over the past year. I dont feel im a "normal" teenager, my mother has even said so a couple times. I dont like to go out, i actually dont like to do anything. I hate the way i look and im very insecure about my body. (actually im insecure about everything about myself) I no that its "normal" for a girl to be insecure about her looks but theres more. I have so much doubt and regret that im drowning in it. For the past couple of months ive been thinking that its possible im depressed, like clinically. Im not suicidal but i feel so sad all the time and spend alot of the time crying and begging God to take away all this pain. So far my prayers have not been answered. I havent told my parents for a number of reasons. I know that i can tell them anything but im scared. Im afraid they wont take me seriously and im embarrased. I also dont want them to feel like its their fault or anything because i do have a pretty good life, which actually causes me to feel really guilty. Im just really scared and its been sooo long that i have felt this way and havent told them i dont want them to be mad and i just dont know what it will be like afterwards. Im also scared to see a doctor but i also really want to stop feeling like this way. Tonight, after having a good cry i thought about telling them again but i dont think i can get through it without crying like a baby. So i decided to write a letter and give it to them but im afraid im not brave enough. I did start the letter though. Please someone tell me what i should do. I mean.. what if im just being dramtic and looking for attention and i tell them and they take me to a doctor and its nothing, i will feel so embarrassed. I dont want people to feel bad for meand if i tell my parents i wont be able to take it back. But i just dont no and im sick of wishing i could run away and start over with a new life. I sick of wanting more. Everyday is just like the one before it and i cant handle it. I feel like im going to fall apart. Ok i think this is long enough.. what im asking of you is that u tell me if u think this is depression or am i just being overly dramatic and also do i tell my parents and if so how.. was the letter a good idea?? ok wow that was long but i think that you are in depression, you need to get help for that if you want to stop feeling like that. i also think that a letter is a great idea, if you are feeling cautious about saying it straight to their face. just say what u said in this letter and they will understand. i hope i helped, and if the letter thing still doesn't work i can think of another way to help you, just email me (its in my column)

okay i have a friend in argentina and her mom and dad got devorsed the other day and her and her mom and to move in to someone else's house becuase the dad is like going to jail becuase he is a really really really bad person!!! I had a bf and he admited 2 me.. that he loves my best friend! So i dumped him yesterday! Well my ex-bf helped me the whole way threw it and He tells me im his BFFL all the time and i tell him that too. He's serious and so am i. well i love him again but everytime i start to like him again and i tell him.. we start drifting apart and arn't that close of friends anymore! Should I confess? i say don't ruin that good of a friendship. i mean if u have someone that will be with you all the time like that then don't try to go out with him because most of the time when people go out they break up and arn't friends, so stick with the friends.
