tell exactly that to the docter and they can probably do something to fix it, and if he says it no big deal then say yes it is, im in pain and make him feel bad lol

My friend's sister had this. She had to have an operation because in the end her knee cap kept falling out of place and it really hurt. It was only a little operation and she was on crutches for about...three weeks I'd say? It's about three months on now and she can do everything fine and her knees have stopped cracking and hurting. She couldn't do much excersize but swim before but now she's getting back into it all.
Talk to your doctor about what you can do...as your's isn't actually slipping out of place yet there may be something else he can do for it.

Go back to the doctors if they dont help. Take a couple of days of school and keep it rested and make sure that you use your leg because it can become stiff! and that will hurt even more just try walking on it for about 5 - 10 mins.

You should go back to your doctor and ask for some medication to help your knees. If he's already done that, maybe you need to talk to him about correcting them. Good luck. :D ]
Go back to your doctor and tell him it hurts. If he doesn't do something about it, you should try another doctor. Even if you were born with misplaced kneecaps, they aren't supposed to hurt.
To help in the meantime, try wearing really comfortable shoes at all times. The kind with plenty of arch support. You can buy inserts at the drug store to put in your shoes if you have to. Also, don't do too much running because that kind of pressure and shock on your joints will make it worse.
