I know what you're going through. I'm also 13 and a female, and there has been a time where I find a really crazy cute hot guy at school my age or 14yo. I always go to church with my grandparents and honestly I always have the moments where nothing made sense to me. Well, guys do get boners alot especially while going through puberty. Anywho, just try not to be obvious about everything. I honestly think that you're not being paranoid. You're uncle did something, stupid, inappropriate, sexual content relation. If he pulls your dress back, and tries to lok under there, tell him to stop. He's being inappropriate, but seriously talk to your parents about it. If they think it's just cz he got wasted, investigate. If he ever did something like that without any alcohol he's trying yo feel you up and that's when you get up and and tell someone he's mallesting you and trying to hold you in the wrong way.
