Well, a month or two ago, I pulled a muscle in my back while I was rock climbing (I was being stupid- toally my fault). Well, since then, my back as continually been hurting. I went to my doctor, and he just told me to do "back strengthening excercises" which, thusfar, have not helped at all. I'm getting really tired of not being able to bend down a lot or even jump on a trampoline- I'm only 16, for goodness sake! And I feel like an invalid! Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to help get my back working right again?

Heat/Ice such as Bengay cream or patch! lol

Okay so first I'm a female and 15 from Chicago Illinois.
So I went to my homecoming for my highschool. And afterwards me and the guy I went with (who I am NOT dating) had sex. Well we forgot to use protection. Yeah I know. Dumbass move. Anyway, I got pregnant... My moms cool with it because she had my when she was 16. And my dad doesn't really have any opinoin. I was thinking at first about getting an abortion. My life would be totally ruined if I had a kid. Even though I absouloutly LOVE kids. But then I thought how could I kill a living kid! That's just wrong. So I need to know what I should do. Should I put it up for adoption, let my parents take care of it while i finish schooling, or get an abortion. Or just try to take care of the kid on my own? Any suggestions?

Okay well i personally think abortion is wrong. It's sad that the kid never had a chance to live.
Also don't take care of it yourself, because your right, it will ruin your life and you won't be able to finish school. I love kids too, but i mean you want to be able to get a good education so you can get a good job.
So if you want to keep the kid and your parents are willing to help than go with your parents taking care of it while your in school. That seems like the best option.
If your parents won't help or you just don't want to keep the kid because you are young then go for adoption.

Ok so here is the problem I have a serious crush on this boy let's call him Kyle. I am 14 so it's not just some stupid little kid thing, and no he isn't super popular. He's just there. He's always teasing me he likes to call me a turuturu. (they are cute little made up creatures) The main problem is I know he doesn't like me as more than a friend because he's gay. I keep telling myself I don't have a chance with him because he's gay but I can't get over him. What should I do?

Well since he is gay you should just move on because you will never have a chance to take things further.
Go out with other guys and pretty soon you won't have to worry about having feeling for him besides being his friend.
Something similar happened to me. This girl confessed her feelings for me, but i didn't feel the same way because i'm gay. She ended up going out with another guy and now we are just friends, so everyhing worked out great.

ALRIGHT. I can't take this anymore! I've tried every diet you can do & seen a nutrisionist. For awhile I just ate wayy less and lost about 7 pounds (over summer) but I'm pretty sure it's all back now. I honestly don't know how much I weigh because we don't have a scale, but I'm guessing 170-180. And I'm 5'2. Yeah, hah I'm fat. Before I moved to TEXAS (in third grade) I was never fat, I was reeeally skinny actually, less than normal. Then, I guess all the fat asses in Texas had such an influence on me I decided to become one myself!

Kay, no really, what the hell do I do to lose weight. Give me some exercises that will help, or even a plan of meals per day. Please please please, and make sure it works. I'll follow it exactly as long as it truly works. Thanks.

I saw some exercises in Cosmogirl(haha i know)and all you will need is a chair. Here there are:
To work your upper and lower back:
Lie stomach-down with your hands shoulder-width apart extended infront of you, legs straight, and feet hip-width apart.
With your head relaxed, lift your legs and arms 1 in. or 6-8 (for more advanced) up in the air as if your flying.Stretch your legs and arms away from your waist.Squeeze your "buns" lol, using your back muscles to keep your position. Hold it for 15-20 seconds. Then repeat about 3 times.

Work your hips, thighs, and butt:
Standing to the right of a chair, grasp the back of it with your left hand and raise your right knee to hip level. Point your toe toward the ground. Your left left foot should be positioned at a 45 degree angle.
Slowly straighten your right leg as you extend it out to the side until it's just below hip level. Lower your leg and start over. Do about 15 repeats and then switch sides.

Works: Abs
Lie on your back and grasp the front legs of a chair placed behind your head. Raise your legs together and point them to the ceiling.
Keeping your back and legs straight and toes pointed, squeeze your abs as you lower your legs slowly until they are about 6 in from the ground. Return to your first position. Do 3 sets 10 of them.

I tried all of those^ and they work well. You can always do old-fashoined push-ups too.

So, I'm a boy, my friend is a girl..her boyfriend has recently gotten back and they are w/ eachother a lot. So they had sex a few times the first week, and it's been like 3 weeks now. They have sex at least once every day(i'm pretty sure) but if not, just about. Well i don't care, because her bf is my friend too..but what DOES actually piss me off is that we were watching a movie, and when her mom went to church, the very second she pulled out of the driveway, they ran to her room to have sex. leavin me there alone..i don't want to piss her off but i want her to know that it bugs me..how do i do it w/out hurting her?

You shouldn't let her do that to you...I know if I was her friend I would be totally pissed off too if someone blew me off like that.

Just tell her how you feel. If she is truly your friend then she should understand.

Ive never really told anyone this but here goes... I am 13/f and I like hollister, abercrombie, etc., I have alot of friends, I have a boyfriend, all the usual. Anyways I dont know how to explain this but I feel like a boy. I wear girl clothes, and I like boys and stuff(im not lesbian) but inside I just feel like a boy. I think its really weird. Unless your attracted to girls then you aren't bi or gay. You are most likely just a tomboy. Just be yourself, I mean there is nothing you can do to really to fix it. It is not weird at all, relax and do not worry about it so much cause it is no big deal. Just do what makes you feel comfortable.

Everyone expieriments. It could have been just a one time thing. You see, i've always known i liked guys...so if you just started to have these feelings then don't rush it. You don't have to put a label on yourself yet.
Do you feel sexually attracted to girls?
What is important is that you explore your sexuality in a way that makes you feel comfortable.

Well it depends if bob and fred go to the same school.
If you go to school with both, then i would go with your bf, not bob.
But if you don't go to school with fred,then call him and see if it's cool with him. It should be okay, because you would just be going with bob as a friend.

Hi All,

I am thinking about taking classes to become a dog trainer. I have a lot of hands on experience already, but I have the feeling that a certification will be important. Eventually I'd like to start my own business. There is obviously a shortage of qualified trainers and many people own dogs. So I see a need for this.

So what do you think, would you rather attend classes given by a certified instructor or a self taught person?

I can buy many books on the subject and it will be cheaper than the tuition for a coorespondence course.

How about personal consultations in the home? If you could afford it wouldn't that be better than a class with 20 people and their dogs?

So me and this guy had been flirting for awhile. It was like we were going out. It was so much fun. All I want to do this year is have fun which means flirting with guys. My friend uses it and she says it works great. She said that it is so easy to use and looks natural. My best friend just found out she has a brain tumor its only 1% cancerous so thats a good thing but I dont know what to tell her I dont want to cry in front of her because Im afraid that will make it worse and I dont want to brush it off and act like I dont care either. Please help me.

Like you said, ignoring the situation only makes it worse. Your friend may feel that you
do not care. Just tell her that you will always be there for her, and that everything will be okay. Be optimistic about the situation.

14/f. My boyfriend just turned 17. I am a virgin, he isn't. He's had sex with 2 people. We have been together for probably about 4 months. He respects me and I know he loves me and always wants to spend time with me. I know that he wants to have sex but tries his best to repect what I want. I sort of want to have sex, I know he loves me and cares about me. But there is another guy who I talked to before I knew him and he was in love with me. For some reason I stopped talking to him. And I'm just confused about what I want. Please give me advice, and when you have sex, do you immediately start to bleed your first time? and how much? I will rate.

I personally think that 14 is way too young to be having sex. I would wait until you know what you really want. If you have sex, and you aren't ready then you will regret it in the end. If you feel ready and know that he really does care for you then I guess go for it, but like I said before I think you still very young.
