well, i'm a "quiet girl" i guess. and since i like never make moves on guys, i'd prefer a guy to start it off for me. i think you should talk to her (yeahh by making a move i hope you mean like just going up to talk to her not like, anything weird) so talk to her, don't just hope she'll "eventually like u" either, continually talk to her every chance you get. once she sees that you're interested, she'll probably open up to you. don't just move on, cause deep down all quiet girls have a totally different side that you just might be missing (i would know :])

hmmm. i'd say give them both chances (separately of course) but to me guy #2 sounds better. the way you describe he sounds like because he plays guitar, writes songs and is down to earth, he would be a great boyfriend. plus you have a lot in common. guy #1..it sounds like you just like him because of his looks and he sounds like he'd have a history of breaking girls hearts. Alright, let's call this guy coffee (hey, I'm staring at a coffee cup here)He's in 11th grade and I'm 9th grade. Well I really really like him and I think he likes me too. He said he come to the strings concert (most people never come unless they're family or forced)He puts his arms around my shoulder in a nonpossessive way and walks with me to my classes. twice he did that, he almost got in trouble for not returning to class right away and almost being late. He made sure that I was okay when I was really upset and told me to cheer up and everything. He asked if I had a bf and if I did he'd feel bad about putting his arms around me. He talks about me (in a good way) to his friends and always introduces me to all his friends whenever it's possible. He calls me cute and pretty and compliments me all the time.

You've been dating for a YEAR. That's a long time, especially since most middle school/high school relationships usually don't last that long. Anyways, today, Jeff acted like he liked me. Like, he sat by me at lunch again, and complimented me on my new a-ar shirt. Then, some girl said something and I hit her in the butt with my agenda and then he was like "ooo hittt me laurie!" and of course we all laughed and stuff. Then, during science class, this kid took my glasses and I was like "STEVEN GIVE THEM BACK!" and jeff was like "o0o Laurie looks SEXYYY without her glasses on," smiling and all, and the other guys at the table nodded their heads haha. idk. it just seems like he gives me mixed signals.
and then, I talked to Ginger about it, and she said she didn't mind at all, because just today she started going out with this other guy.

Hey, may 29, this kid Mark asked me out. I love him so much, and a week later he dumped me. I loved this kid alot.
July 15, this kid Felix asked me out. I said yes, he was cute. I forgot all about Mark. I seemed to love him. I just spoke to Mark, and he seemed to like me again. Gosh, now i like BOTH of them.
The problem is, Felix really likes me, and i feel so bad if i would dump him for Mark. Mark on the other hand dumps every girl after a week or two.
Felix said, he would commit succide if i broke up with him. I know he ment it. Last night he said he had a pocket knife to his throat, because he had no one to live for. But then he relized he loved me. So, he put it down.

On September 20, 2004, i started going out with this kid, Bryan. Me and Bryan only lasted like what? 3 months? we broke up on January 3, 2005. Even though it was a short relationship, i can't get him out of my mind. But when we were going out, the world felt like there was no misperfections at all. During the time we were together, i met this other kid, Rich. Rich was hotter than Bryan, and I wanted to get with Rich. [which was stupid of me]. Bryan did everything he could to change my mind. When I broke up with him, he came to my house the next day with roses. Anyway, now, i think about him all the time (bryan). When we broke up, he started to pretend like everything was okay. He was an ass to me, and everyone knew that it was because he was still mad that i dumped him. and i told him i was sorry. But he just doesnt listen. I know that he still loves me though. The bad thing is, is that he went to DR two days ago. He's staying there for a YEAR. i cried when i found out. Me and bryan had our convo's where we talked about the past, and he always said stuff like "I was the best thing you ever had". or like "I gave you my all, and you gave me shit". And i know he's upset, but i still love him. And i don't want to tell him [even though i think he knows], but what should i do? He says that he never loved anyone in his life, but theres a feeling in my gut that tells me that he really loves me, but he doesnt want to admit it. Maybe i'm just imagining things, but i dont know. First off I'm 14 8th grade same with the guy im tlking about)Anyway here is the story: I met this amazing guy in october at a football game and have not spoken to him sence.(he goes to a different school)Yesterday during my class trip to hershey park I saw him and we hung out together the entire time. but for you, it's been a longer time period.
anyway, i think you should just tell him, it doesn't matter what your friends will think. if you don't say anything to him about how you feel about him, things aren't gonna change. and you'd go on feeling the way you do now.

Well don't completely ignore it. You don't have to get him anything, but if you do want to give him something you could maybe make him a card, if you think he might like it/is that kind of boyfriend..
But I'd probably wouldn't get him anything. I'd just bring it up to him and remind him that it was our 2 month anniversary. It's only been 2 months so it's not that big of a deal.

she might be shy or something. if you asked her out the year before, [btw, did she say yes or no?] if she said yes and you two went out for a while or whatever, she's probably just over you. move on. she's probably not going to start talking to you anytime soon. =\ if she said no last year, then i'd suggest cut down on the saying hi to her and everything and see what happens. talk to her online maybe, and see if she responds. if she's in any of your classes, ask her a question so that she could respond, like "can i borrow a pencil?" or something of that sort. this is actually a tough question cause i don't know the details like what she does when you say hi to her. does she see you, and then look away? or does she not even look at you? if she looks at you, then looks away, there's 2 things that might be true: 1) she could be completely over you and doesn't even want to talk to you, which in that case, i'd suggest to get over her. or 2) she might just be shy. which if that's the case, try talking to her online or asking her questions where she has to respond like i said before.
