It's obviously not something you can wear to everything though. More like parties, gigs, (just nothing formal).
Anything would be suitable if it's colour coordinated - skirt, jeans, t-shirts, vest tops, etc.

If you need to snack, carry on with eating fruits. I don't know where you're getting the idea you shouldn't eat them from!
They're great, give you the nutrients/vitamins you need and help protect against diseas - as do vegetables.
Snack on salads, too.
They don't actually make you skinnier, but they're alot better than junk foods obviously and are easier to burn off.
Get your 5 a day and you're good to go.
Make sure you're eating the correct portions of dinners etc, too. Eating a good breakfast will keep you going for the morning, too. So if you don't eat a good breakfast, you should start to.
If you feel you're snacking too much, try chewing gum - it gives your brain the illusion you are eating.
Also, a very important fact is most people think they are hungry when they are infact just thirsty. So throughout the day, sip water.

I like all the fruity scents by DKNY Delicious range. There's different scents/colours to choose from and they come in different sizes depending on how much you want to pay.

I know you're angry, and you probably don't want to see him happy with another girlfriend, especially only 2 days after you guys have broken up. But do you know what the best thing to do is?:
1. Ignore him.
2. Ignore his girlfriend.
*Don't approach him OR her at all.*
You need to act like you aren't bothered. Do not show any feelings towards them.

I know that you can't judge this by the internet, but I'm extremely paranoid. I'm 16 & I was drunk this past weekend. I ended up hooking up with a boy. He's the kind of kid that acts like he gets a lot of action, but I don't know if he's lying or not. (I have no real proof). If he gets a girlfriend you wouldn't be second best. Friendships are different to relationships.
Even if she just turned out to be another of his good friends, you need to learn to accept the fact there are other people besides you and people need to share out their time equally with one another.
There's no need for you to get this upset about it. Explain to him again you fear you may lose him. You need reassuring by HIM that everything is okay.
Don't always go on at him about it though, because in the end, you may be the one pushing him away - not the other way around.

i have been seeing my boyfriend for 4 months now. a few weeks ago i had a few friends over and we all drank. I'm a bit concerned why it took a month to talk about the situation. You're obviously uncomfortable with it, so maybe he was too - or he would have brought it up.
He obviously would be "into it 'cause you're in it" because you're his girlfriend!
Maybe he enjoyed the whole experience of 2 girls together - he is a guy after all. It doesn't mean he wants sex etc with other girls as well as you, though.
He said he was joking about finding someone else, right? So trust him on that one for a start.
Explain to him it's making you feel uneasy and you don't like the thoughts of him doing anything with anyone else other than you. It's only natural - which is why doing things in a 3 way can get a bit messy.
Plus, I doubt he would have got proper feelings from a drunken night like that where not alot happened. Especially if he was grossed out by it because she's a "slut". So believe him when he says he is fine with just you.
Talk to him again if you need reassuring and really tell him how you feel about the situation to make him understand your thoughts on the matter.

Here's some useless info which DOES lead to my question.

I decided to block my Ex boyfriend on MSN about 6 months ago when we had been broken up for a month or so. (I did this to help the recovery process haha).

Anyway, I guess he didnt approve because one day I logged into MSN and he had disappeared from my contact list!

I bumped into him a few weeks later and exclaimed that he deleted me from MSN to which ge replied in a "sorry" manner "i know! :("

He didnt even wonder how I KNEW he had deleted me (because i THINK that if you delete a contact yourself on MSN, you are still on their contact list, right?).

Anyway in the following weeks I performed an experiment with my friend..i deleted her from both my hotmail AND MSN account to see if I disappeared from her MSN contact list...we left it a few days to see if I would be deleted instantly or not, but I STILL remained on her list 3 days later.

So the main question is : is it possible for a contact on YOUR MSN contact list to miraculously dissapear if the other person has deleted YOU.

By the way, this guy managed to hack into HIS friend's myspace account too... mainly because he knew the password, but he didnt know mine for my hotmail, - it's not an easy guess which i why im having a hard time understanding why his name dissapeared.

(it may sound stupid) but IS it more than likely the idiot hacked my hotmail account?!
This was my first thought but then I attempted to consider other possibilities.

(if he DID hack..that was the only strange thing to happen, everything else was totally normal within both accounts!)

Now, he COULD have hacked into your account and removed himself, BUT my MSN goes weird all the time and some of my friends have just "disappeared" before for some unexplained reason.
Are you absolutely sure there's NO way he could have known your password? Hacking's not very easy. Unless you have something which "steals" passwords - which anyone can download, really.

ok so i have smoked about 5 times. its DEFINIATELY not something im proud of and i hated it so i stopped. i have been drug- free since june.
i reall tyhink i have asthma since i have a lot of trouble in pe and had the issues before the smoking... if i get tested for asthma will they...
1. be able to tell i have smoked.
2. tell my parents?

& my grandma used to smoke ciggs. heavily when i was younger. could i blame it on the if they do find something?
and if they made me get a drug test would it show up in my system even though i have been drug-free for about 4 months or more?

They won't be able to tell from 5 times.
and they won't test for drugs unless there's a strong reason to or someone requests it (which is very unlikely).
What goes on in a doctors office is confidential.
However, if you do get tested for asthma, they will probably ask if you smoke (they asked me). You can say no, because you don't. Forget about the times you did - you can just pass that off as passive smoking.
If it turns out you do have respiratory problems (or even if you don't!) remember smoking is bad for you either way. and it will only make your problems worse.
