How can I order the very last skirt in navy color? It doesn't say like add to cart or anything...

Look at the very top of the page to the right. It says:
"My Account

View Cart

Check Out"
There also seems to be a phone number underneath it.
If you need to register before you order, click My Account and there should be a place to register.

You can call customer service and tell them exactly which skirt you want, and if it's still available, they should let you order it.
