Hey. I was wondering, what is the best way to get highlights done...at a salon or at home using the highlighting kit. How long would it take if I were to get temporary highlights? How long would it last? How long would it take for the highlights to appear on my hair? Yes i think light brown highlights would look pretty in your hair.. and you should go get it done at the salon for your first time.. and the person that does your hair should be able to answer any questions you have lik how long they'll last and stuff.. then if you feel comfortable doin it your self the next time then i think you should go for it.. a good hightlighting kit is loreal.. thats what i use on my hair.. but ive tried all of em really and they all work the same i think.. good luck.,. ♥ Dez
