Ok well, im skinny. But my arms have like a flab where my muscle should be. You know the part under your shoulder. Well I was just wondering how I could get that to go away? Cause it really bothers me like when i move it jiggles (gross I know!). Also when I put my arms down to my side it like flattens out and makes my arm look big and fat. So i was just wondering how I could get that to go away!! Thanks to the people who arn't jerks about it. I'll rate.
Also, lifting small weights helps. If you hold a weight in each hand and let your arms hang at your hips, then lift both your arms straight up until they reach about your shoulders is a great workout for getting rid of unwanted flab.

For the triceps, google "Standing tricep extension" and "Tricep dip." These are two really powerful exercises. You'll get lots of hits, so find the web site with the instructions that you like. If you are just starting out, I suggest 3-5 pound weights.
For the biceps, do a standard bicep curl - arms at your sides, elbows held in to your sides. Lift the weight, concentrating on lifting with the muscles of the upper arm, not the forearm. And don't swing your arms! If you're having trouble controlling the weight, use a smaller weight.
If you can get to the gym, the rowing machine is a great workout for your entire upper body.
twistedsister17 answered Sunday July 31 2005, 7:51 pm: you should try lifting weights. Put your elbows to your chest, weights in your hands, and bend your arms up and down. Try reading seventeen magazine or go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
K2204 answered Sunday July 31 2005, 7:51 pm: you could try lifting weights that will probably be the best answer, unless you want surgery, but that would just be silly! try lifting weights. remember, low pounds, high reps/high pounds, low reps.
