I'm Christina, and I'm 27. I tend to be brutally honest when I give advice or an opinion. I don't tell people what they want to hear but rather what they need to hear. They don't always appreciate it at first, but I usually get a thank you in the end.

Not at all. Depression can affect anyone at any age.

When guys get into high school, are they all perverts? Do they change or what?

Saying all guys are perverts is a stereotype & isn't fair to them because some guys are actually really nice.

Some guys mature early, and some mature later. No guy is ever the same so it all depends on you meet/talk to. But yes, boys change but some can be pigs for a while. It all depends on who the boy is.

I googled & found a site that had a BMI chart. If you're 5'1" you should be anywhere from 100-127lbs. Anywhere from a 19-24 BMI is healthy & normal. So, if you're inbetween those you should be okay. I'll give you the link below since you know your weight & I don't.

When does summer start? I know it offically start the 21st of June but when do most schools get out for summer break?

Every district is different. I would ask a school official, or check a calender at school or something. You can also check your district's website.

I am going to try using tampons for the first time. Is it ok to practice putting one in when you dont have your period?

No. Using tampons (even just to try & practice) can cause Toxic Shock Syndrome. It's a rare but fatal disease that affects most teen girls & women. Wait until you get your period to practice because doing it without is dangerous & should not be attempted.

How do you put on a condom?

If you don't know how to put on a condom, then you shouldn't be considering or having sex.

so my boyfriend of almsot two years and i just broke up last week. i was insanely hurt, still kinda am, but im making it. i want to put a line from a song on my myspace status, but i cant think of any specific ones. obviously it cant be very long, but i basically want it to state that, yeah im hurt and it sucks, but im living my life and getting through the days just fine. or something to make him regret giving me up. haha i know that's bad but it helps.

Hey, i want to get my cartilage pierced...

On my left ear, i have 2 holes on my lobe

Honestly, the tolerance for pain is different for everyone. But then again, location also effects what you feel as well. So it may hurt, and it may not. It's never really a sure thing because everyone is different.

As far as which ear to get it done on, that all really depends on your preference. I would probably say your left ear to even it out because you only have 2 there, and 3 on your right.

Also, go to a professional parlor because they're usually the only ones who know what they're doing (besides doctors), and they'll make sure to give you special care instructions as they do with all piercings.

I haven't had my period for two months.i'm not stressed or sick. there is no reason for this. one thing though; last year during th months of february through june, i only had it 2 times. Do you think the same thing could be happening again. i've been having my period for five years.Do you think anything is wrong with me or that this is just normal. never had sex.

If your period is usually irregular, then I wouldn't worry too much. But if not, you should probably see a doctor because that doesn't really sound normal.

Something could be wrong with your uterus, so you need to get that checked.

Your parents could always Google it, but I think that if you're responsible about having one, then I think it should be okay. And by being responsible, I mean:

- Not putting your phone number.
- Not putting your address.
- Not putting your school, or full name.
- Not posting racy pictures of yourself.
- & Not giving away personal information.

As long as you're truthful, but not too informative, you should be okay. Just be careful. The internet is a dangerous place & as long as you act responsibly & carefully, you should be fine.

my mom wont let me dye my hair.

I realize you can think for yourself, but your mother is the authority figure and she determines the rules in your house whether you think they're fair or not. You live under her roof, so you need to follow them.

If you're extremely determined to lighten your hair, then ask her to give you 5 good reasons why you can't. And why just ask your mother? She isn't the only parent who can set rules, so maybe try asking your father. Though if they work as a team as I'm hoping they do (since a marriage is a partnership), he won't undermine her authority or her decisions.

And to be honest, dying your hair because everyone else does, and because your mom does isn't a good enough reason to dye your hair. Maybe you should give your mother 5 good reasons why she should let you. Have you ever thought maybe if you don't ask her so much she'd give in? Usually when you annoy your parents to a point, you'd think they'd give in but they usually don't. It just pisses them off more & makes them more determined to keep telling you no. If you stop asking for about a week or two, and that means dropping no hints, not mentioning the word dye, not going down the hair dye aisle in the store, she could pick up on it & maybe change her mind.

But if it still doesn't work, just accept your mother's decision because after all, she is your mother, and you are the child. What she says goes whether you agree or not.

What day does school end for the summer in Texas (USA).

Every school has different policies about school days because they're all in different districts. You can ask a school official, or check the district's website. If you don't know the link, you can Google it.

I know two people who constantly shoplift. I think they're both 18 too. They've probably done so for a year and haven't gotten caught. One store did, but they let them go. They also steal from people, but I'm not sure what or how many times. They've stolen probably over $10,000 worth of stuff from tons of different places. Anyway, I have a chat log from one bragging to me that he stole, and I have a screenshot of another's bulletin telling people that he and his friends will get them things and sell it to them cheaper.

You can submit a tip to police anonymously, yes. So absolutely, you're free to do the right thing & not have them know it was you. The police will protect your privacy if you ask.

If you don't know what you're doing, then you shouldn't be doing it, or considering it.

And besides, you're 14. You should have a lot of better things to do than engage in sex at your age. Live your life & grow up a little first before you decide to make an adult decision that could alter how you look at things.

I've been trying to lose weight lately and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what i could eat for lunches at work...preferably something i could buy there.. I know that at the Wal*Mart Supercenters where I used to live, they had assorted fruits in plastic containers already cut. Some contained apples, grapes & watermelon & some contained melons, or grapefruits & other stuff of that sort. They're usually pretty cheap (under $5), and they're good if you're a fruit person. You can also eat bananas, or yogurt. You could try having a sandwich on wheat bread. As for drinks, I would go with water. Diet soda isn't healthier than regular soda no matter what people say, so water's always your best bet, or milk.
