Saying all guys are perverts is a stereotype & isn't fair to them because some guys are actually really nice.
Some guys mature early, and some mature later. No guy is ever the same so it all depends on you meet/talk to. But yes, boys change but some can be pigs for a while. It all depends on who the boy is.

Yes... I mean no... They are normal boys. I mean seriously hormones are going crazy, people are starting to couple up, and sexuality is all over music, TV, and billboards.
The good news is, it passes. "Pervert" is a strong term, they are just as fascinated with things as you gals are. The trick is to find someone who keeps his hands to himself.

ok i just started highskool this year and i go to a vocational school so only some guys from my middle school are there. any way they have changed to being a bit more mature. there is this one guy that i know is so sweet and never talks about that and i heard wasnt a perv last year. so in some cases guys do get mature in others they dont. but those are guys for ya HaHa. Hope i helped

Here's the uninteresting, quasi-scientific answer:
Men are biologically programmed to think more about sex than women. That's why they all do (whether they admit it or not). It's a procreation instinct meant to keep the human race going.
In high school, most guys aren't mature enough to keep that to themselves. They have no self-control, and usually aren't raised with a lot of morals, values and respect. Thus, rather than just thinking about it constantly, they TALK about it constantly.
If my son did that, I'd crack his skull.
As guys get older, some of them gain that maturity (through being dumped or ignored by more intelligent women).
And that is why all guys are perverts, but some of them have the decency to keep quiet about it.

Not all guys are pervs. You just have to find the right one. As you get older there are less guys that are pervs.

When guys get into high school, are they all perverts? YES ... lol. It is a combination of testosterone and curiosity.
Do they change or what? They don't change for a LONG time, but they do learn to control it so that it isn't so obvious or obnoxious! You will see a big difference between the different age groups, even in HS.
A lot of guys are throwing things out there just to get a reaction and while they are hoping for some action.

Some act that way before they even get to high school! Its not that they necessarily want to act
like perverts, its just that they have a bunch of raging hormones. Some guys control them better than others but they all have them. Girls do too. They just lean more towards trying to attract the guy than to actually have sex with them.
Once they start having sex they do calm down some. That doesn't mean you need to have sex with them while in high school. They do mature though sooner or later and behave more appropriately. That is the guy you want to wait for. Not the one with the raging hormones. :)
