Some contained apples, grapes & watermelon & some contained melons, or grapefruits & other stuff of that sort. They're usually pretty cheap (under $5), and they're good if you're a fruit person. You can also eat bananas, or yogurt. You could try having a sandwich on wheat bread. As for drinks, I would go with water. Diet soda isn't healthier than regular soda no matter what people say, so water's always your best bet, or milk. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]

Breakfast: You can eat eggs without bread, or fruits, or maybe yogurt.
Lunch: Fish (any kind works), Chicken (without bread but you can add veg), or viel meat. Do not drink coke or any sodas, you can have a lemone juice or just water would be great.
Dinner: Fruits or veg (or just skip)
You can drink tea or coffee once a day, and do not put more than 2 spoons of sugar
Drink alot of water, like before sleeping put water in front of you and when you walk up first thing you do is drink ALOT.
Also everyday dance for one hour, it helps you lose 400 cals.
