I think it would look great on you. Just make sure you get someone to do it with experinece...my friend did and her hair went BRIGHT orange, and then had random blonde strands..not good :, so just make sure your careful.
I think your eyesbrows would be the only problem, but I dont think it will matter too much

Well considering you basically already have the same haircut, you will probably look a lot like that picture, but just remember that you do have dark hair, so your eyebrows are a lot darker than hers.
Personally, I think her hair is pretty cool, but it is also very well known. Might you prefer to have your own signature look instead of borrowing someone else's?
I like your brown hair, but if you really feel the need to try out a new color, go for it. It's fun to switch it up sometimes. It's really up to you. Just consider the eyebrows when going for a lighter color.
