Ok. My mom just had surgery on her foot yesterday and since then its like everything I do is getting on her nerves. Its like I can't do anything right anymore. And I understand that she is tired and hurting but I have been trying to do all that I can to help her and make her comfy without getting on her nerves but she gets mad at every little thing and she never says thank you or anything when I do something for her. Now its starting to piss me off. I know that she is not her normal self right now and is on pain meds and stuff but its like she has to complain about every little thing and she neverd 'asked' me to do something...she yells at me to do it.
I have been trying to just let it pass but it seems like its just getting worse and worse and I don't know what to do. A little while ago she fell on her foot and I heard her screaming and she never told me to come in there and help her or get her anything she just tried to do it on her own then she ended up blaming it on me....like its my fault that she wanted to get up and didn't want me to help her...I don't what to do...I feel guilty about staying in my room because she might need something but if I stay with her she finds something to yell at me for...

i know its bad now, but it will get better. surgery and pain meds can mess with peoples moods, but she will be back t her normal self soon enough. just take it, shes your mother and she put up with alot worse from you when you were a baby. it wont last long, but if you do something mean/bad now she will remember it so just try to be as pleasant as you can be and put up with her yelling at you, and next time she falls help her.

I have to give an oral presentation in fron otthe whole class, but I suck at public speaking. I start getting really red and then i start to shake and I stumble over words. Right now I am absolutly terrified at the thought of giving a speech. What can I do to overcome this fear?

this is a hard one, i dont really have trouble with public speaking. i mean i tense up when i have to do it, but i do it anyways. thats my suggestion to you, feel the fear, and go for it. getting red is no big deal, the stumpbling over words is a bit bad. are you going to be using note cards? the best way not to stumble is to actualy write out the speach word for word. i know your teacher probably told you not to, and it wont look natural but you wont stumble. and theres no shame in correcting yourself. teachers tend to understand that some people just have trouble with public speaking. just try no to go too fast, and pay attention to your words.

so my friend seem tyo hate me and came up with 170 things they disliked about me i know i should just leave them but my friendship with them has existed for over a year and its hard to make new friends this far in the year so im trying to be better and more normasl but cant they just accept me for what and who i am i think that if i can at least try to keep the friendship in tact then so should they i just want 3 things in life: acceptance friendship and to never be lied to if i have not lied to them unless its really stupid like ive been to mars but honesty i wish theied just accept me

they really dont seem like very good freinds if they came up with 170 things they dont like about you. the fact taht they are making a list, no matter how long is bad enough. im not saying be mean to them, still say hi if you see them in the halls and such but they are not your friends. i recommend joining a club or some other organazation taht is the easiest way to make friends.

id try to forget. under 18 dating someone over 18 is bad enough. an adult dating someone 15 yeaRs olser is bad. seriously this guy is like twice your age. and you could get him in SERIOUS trouble because youre a minor. age is just a number but only to a point, and this is crossing the line.

You want to be close with him? Im gonna go out on a limb here and assume that you mean you like him. My advice would be not to rush yet, dont be the rebound girl. it would also be breaking his trust taking advantage of him at a vurnerable time. you should just be his shoulder to cry on, you really dont need to say much of anything at all.

well it really depends on the STD, but most take a long time. umm if you got a sore from giving head, the only STD that i can think of that that could be is herpes, in the mouth it really isnt that big of threat and it goes away. your boyfriend however has it on his penis and as such it is pretty permenant. now there is also a chance that its simply a cold sore which developed on its own, and timing is a coincidence, in which case dont give him any more blowjobs becasue you will give him herpes. my question, you know that there is a chance of getting an STD from oral sex, why arent you using a condom? they have flavored ones that not only protect but make it taste better
