I have a problem. It seems like I get nervous for everything! In track, I get extremely nervous before an event. In school, I get so nervous to take tests and do oral skits. Is there anything I can do to help? Thanks
Try some deep breathing. Also counting to ten slowly helps. Maybe set up a "less stress" type thing (I did that in girl scouts lol). Try putting like poperi (idk how 2 spell it) or something like that in it. After a stressful day try spelling candels. Or maybe go to a spa sometimes! I hope I helped!
okay so my mom smokes and i hate it.. like all my clothes smell like smoke b/c our house always smells like it and my teachers look at me evilly b/c i smell like smoke but i cant do anything about it do you know any way to either get my mom to stop smoking or to like at least have my house not smell like it all the time?!
You can explain to her how you can die from lung cancer. My aunt died because of lung cancer and now a lot of our families don't smoke anymore. Also you can ask her to smoke outside. My dad does and it never annoys my family and it gives them less time to smoke because your mom probably needs to be in the house most of the time. I hope I helped!
2day my family and i(14) found out that my older sister (27) has a tumour down there, and is supposed to be haveing surgery in a week. after that they will be putting her on keimotherapy(sp?) and well if none of those cure her, she will then only have 1 more year to live..im so scared of loosing her!
That is terrible! I have lost 3 people to cancer. You just have to make the rest of your life good with her.Spend a lot of time with her. If you want to talk to someone who lost her mother to cancer leave one in my inbox. THis person who lost her mother is my cousin who is coming for a visit this weekend. She could help. hey!! i have a chance to try out for my high school musical (i'm in 8th). It requires singing and dancing, so i definitely have a chance with the dancing part. but with the singing, i'm not bad but there are a couple of better people. does any one have any tips on what i can do... like projection, that sort of thing. thanks!
For projection you need to open your mouth wide enough so you can fit at least three fingers in you mouth. So you don't crack your voice each time before you sing you need to warm up. I hope I helped!

I don't know what clors you like so I'll give you some colors not to wear. Don't get white it looks like plack. Don't get hot pink it really stands out. If you want pink get a litter one. Only get green or black if its with another color. I hope I helped!

It depends on how they act or how spoiled they are. My brothter and I have a three year age difference so when we were that age our babysitters had that kind of difference. You should ask other babysitters you know how hard it is or ask the parents how their kids act. I hope I helped!
hi im laura 15 female i need some advice about things/People in my school keep on makin up rumours about me like im a slag and i run away to get attention and stuff but the story gets twisted and i always hear about it from other people and people have been saying stuff about me behind my back and it really hurts and loads of people are making up rumours about me and people are starting to believe them.The thing i dont get is that i have never been nasty to anyone in my school before :( help me wat shud i do?
Next time you hear someone talking about you in school be like "So who did you hear that one from." They will get kind of embarrassed and probably won't tell you. But it will start to let people know that you know what they say and you are going to put a stop to it. Try and blow them off. Or just try to find who started the rumors and be like "What gave you those ideas they aren't true." I hop I helped! Good luck!

You should tell him that you like him and tell him that it was your friend who drew the pic. My friends do stupid things like that to (not to me to my other friends). Alrighty well I have a little dillemma with these boys. I've liked this one boy for over a year now, his name is Kyle...we have gone out before like a few times within that year and I like him again now. We did date other people while we were going out but my relationships didn't really work because I always had feelings for Kyle. Recently he told me that he loved me still, even more than before and I felt so special lol because he has never really acted like he liked me as much as he acts now. But I never know if anything will happen with us, I wish it did but that isn't all my decision. I met this kid named Danny and he's my friend's best friend and I like him and he like's me and all and he wants to get to know me and go out, but I don't know if I should do it because I'm afraid I couldn't take it because I would miss Kyle a lot. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do about Kyle or what I should do about Danny.
If you really like Kyle then go out with him. Follow your heart. If theres something that you didn't tell us here that like you don't want to get hurt with Kyle then go out with Danny. But if you like promised Danny that you would go out with him you know you should at least once because you made a commitment. I hope I helped!

To get music you need MIDIs. MIDIs are music you can download onto your computer then put it on your livejournal and stuff. Search google for MIDIs by your favorite band. I hope I helped!
heyy i normally answer questions but now i got one!.. alright well im moving in january and my christmas presents are mainly going to be stuff for my new room.. but the thing is i dont want to get really expensive stuff because were gunna be spending a lot of money on the house.. so i need awsome but inexpensive stuff, i already went to ikea, and pottery barn teen.. and i picked out some awsome stuff.. anyone have any other low priced bedroom places?! x3
