I'm Christina, and I'm 27. I tend to be brutally honest when I give advice or an opinion. I don't tell people what they want to hear but rather what they need to hear. They don't always appreciate it at first, but I usually get a thank you in the end.

Ive been on the birth control pill for about 4-5 months now, i take it right, never missed a day and always at the same time. My boyfriend accidently "came" inside of me. What is the chance i could be pregnant?

I'm looking for an apartment and I don't really know much about them. There's no adult in my life that can help much either. I'm just curious as to the size of an apartment. It doesn't need to be big at all, but it needs to accommodate three people semi-comfortably. Is 615 sq. feet extremely small? If so, what would be a good size (in sq. feet) for an apartment if three people are going to be staying there?

As I said, we're not looking for anything huge. We can't afford it (ha). But we want it to be big enough to where we don't have to sit on each other's laps.

I live in an apartment with my boyfriend and his mom, so it's a 2 bedroom and there's three of us. It's about 800 sq feet. It's a good amount of space for the 3 of us, but since me and my boyfriend share a room, it's a bit different from your situation. Our rent is about $500 something since my boyfriend helps manage the building, but rent here is normally about $1100 he tells me. Pretty expensive, but we live in a nice neighborhood in Southern California so it's a little bit more expensive here than anywhere else.

I think anywhere from about 900-1000 sq feet should be good for you guys. My parents and my brother have an 2 bedroom that's about 1000+ sq feet and they pay like $765 a month. That isn't too bad for the neighborhood they live in. My parents live in New York.

The cost of rent will very much depend on the neighborhood you're in, your income, and other factors. You should probably get those Apartment catalogs they have in those newspaper looking boxes around town. You can also check some stuff out online and call around to get quotes & maybe do a walk-through of some apartments.

I really think that it can be affordable since it's going to be 3 of you. I can see if it was just you, but there's 3 of you so it could be quite affordable if you think about it. Here are some sites you can check out:

okay well i appreciate you answering my question about lip peircing before, and now i have some other basic questions about it.

1) does it leave a scar if you decide to take the piercing out and let it close? if so, how bad/noticeable is it?

2) is it really hard to eat? what foods should i stay away from if i get my lip done?

Yeah, there will be a scar, but it shouldn't be too bad, but it might be a little noticeable. The hole from the piercing is small though so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

It can be. Within the first couple of weeks to a month, you shouldn't eat crunchy foods like chips, and tacos and pizza. You can't drink alcohol or soda so you mainly have to stick to water & juice. Everytime you drink something or eat something, you have to clean your piercing after because it could get infected.

This is all information the piercer will tell you. You just have to go in and ask.

If you want to be single, you need to break up. It is not fair to take a break (they just don't work), and go around and see other people when he still loves you and is waiting for you. Breaking up completely would be better.

You cannot lead him on during a break and expect him to still be around when you date other people or whatever else you plan on doing while single.

I've never gotten my tongue pierced so I don't know what it feels like, but my brother got his done about 4 years ago so I know about some of it.

Usually when you get your tongue pierced, you can't eat solid foods until the swelling goes down. This includes chips and pizza and other things. It'll irritate the wound (which is what a piercing is) and can get infected if you do what you're not supposed to. Foods they usually allow are soups, jello, pudding, and ice cream. As far as beverages go, you should be drinking a lot of water when you get it done as things like alcohol & soda will also irritate it.

I'm not trying to scare you either, but tongue piercings tend to be the most dangerous of piercings. Your tongue is full of very sensitive nerves, and if the piercer hits one, it could damage you tremendously to the point of having no taste buds or feeling in your tongue. You really need to be careful about this.

Make sure you go to someone who knows what they're doing and what they're talking about. If you go to someone who knows nothing, they're probably guaranteed to fuck it up. You should check out these sites before hand so you can know a little more about what you're experiencing:

Both you and your boyfriend need to grow up. You should not be hitting him the way that you do because I'm sure you'd hate it if someone did that to you so do not do it to him.

Your boyfriend also sounds suicidal and very dependent on you. That isn't safe either. I don't think either of you should be in a relationship.

He needs to figure out his priorities and see a therapist. You need to keep your hitting under control because other people won't take your shit and will hit you back. Learn to respect them before you date them because it's likely that you have no respect for this kid.

Okay! Im 14 and my Question is Why are parents so over protecting Girls but not boys? I mean of course Im going to like boys. I can't help that.

There are a lot of reasons why parents are over protective of girls. Having experienced it myself growing up, I think I can give some insight.

There are a lot of weird people out there. Until I was about 14 or 15, I wasn't allowed to go anywhere by myself. My older brother always had to come with me. My parents were scared I'd either get into trouble, or get kidnapped or raped. You never know who is lurking out there and waiting for an innocent girl to walk by and hurt her. I saw on the news the other day that an 11 year old girl was walking home and guy approached her and put a plastic twist tie around her neck and put her in the trunk of his car. Luckily, her older brother heard her screaming for help and got to her in time. He got her out of the car before the guy could drive off with her.

Also, boys tend to be really horny and flirty. Some guys (not all, but some) are only interested in girls for sex. Guys can say all the right things to make you fall for them & give them what they want. Some guys ditch you right after you give them whatever it is they're looking for whether it be sex or whatever else.

They just don't want anything to happen to you and they know boys are more likely to take better care of themselves in a situation like this. It's kind of sexist yes, but your parents only have your best interest at heart. Don't give them a hard time about it. Parents are always guilty of caring too much, but who can blame them? Their kids are their world.
