Okay well i guess this isn't a diet, but all I eat pretty much is like junk food and im kinda overweight..i think anyways..so i want to try and stop eating that and eat healthy. The thing is, since thats like all thats in my house is things that are bad for you its hard and thats what i crave all the time-sugar or something so its really hard to stick with it..what should i do to keep with the healthy food and stuff and not eat sugary things or junk food??

The best thing to do is to tell whoever does the grocery shopping... to stop buying junk food. diet and exercise can get you a long ways... but with that junk food in there... it totally ruins it... to get me to stop eating junk food (trust me i used to be a sweet tooth!) i told my mom to stop buying all of that stuff... and after a week or 2... you honestly really wont crave it anymore... substitue junk foods for frozen yougert and stuff like that... things that taste good but are low in fat! good luck gIrLy!

your friend totally looks up to you... i have a sister thats 2 years older... and i used to copy eveything she did/wore/said... eTc... of course the person is going to get annoyed... but it was because i looked up to her so much... i used to want to be her! its a definate compliment... but everybody wants to be an original... and not have somebody copy them constantly... politely tell her that you think she shoudl be the unique individual she is! (adding compliments will help you! LoL) dont let it ruin your friendship over something silly... confront her... and if she acts bitchy.. then maybe that "friend" is your friend after all... good luck hun!

i have been spending A LOT of time with my b/f and i haven't been spending as much time with my girlies. i want to hang out with my girlies more and spend time with my b/f just not as much. how can i tell him, nicely, that i would like some space to spend time with the girlies? thanks in advance.

Tell him that you still want to hang out with him... but you think you should hang out with your friends more and he should do the same... there is so many situations when girls and guys ditch their friends for their boy/girl friends... and they end up loosing their friends. he'll be thrilled to hang out with the guys... as you will with your girls. make sure he dosent take it the wrong way... that your getting annoyed of him or soemthing.. :( just tell him that you never see your friends anymore and they miss you and you miss them and your gonna start to hang out with them more... if you put it nicely and innocently like that... he'll be perfectly oK with it! gOOd luck HuN!

Every time someone says I wanna go to Mardi Gras, I'm always like "ME TOO!" but the truth is, I don't know exactly what its for and what you do there. I've only seen clips of people partying on the street... I think it would be fun, but what is it your doing and is it some type of celebration of some sort? It looks fun, but what is it?

Mardi Gras is usually in February or even early March... i just remember its after lent. Theres alot of things that go on... its not just partying... Mardi Gras is music, parades, picnics, floats, excitement ... and a big holiday in New Orleans. Everyone is wearing purple, green, and gold; and adorned with long beads caught from the floats (or from the gUyS!) LoL! so there is alot more to mardi gras then partying and drinking... but whats wrong with ThaT?! haha... its totally fun... i have never been there but my cousin has and she says that wait till your 21 or at the youngest 18. i hope i answered your question! and i hope u make it down there someday! LoL!

My fourteen year old daughter has been going out with this nineteen year old boy since the beginning of January, first of all she lied to me saying that he was sixteen. I am quite worried about this. Can somebody help me and tell me what I should be doing. She is my only daughter, in fact my only child. I am worried. Help.

Obviously... hes going out with her for a reason... and that reason isnt because he's deeply in love with her. Why else would he be going out with someone 5 years older? The fact that she lied to you about his age.. could mean that shes lying to you about other things... at her age... a 5 year age difference is alot. hes old enough to smoke.. while shes not even old enough to drive. parents are always the most over protective of their first child... have you even met this guy? i'm sure hes harmless... but meet him... and talk to your daughter.. its illegal for them to be having a sexual relation.. so talk to her about getting pressured into things... your daughter can do better. encourage her to find somebody more her age. this relationnship will never work out.. the gap is just 2 big... so talk 2 her.. she might not be understanding... bUt she needs you!

Depends on ur maN! most guys act "manly and tough" but all of us girls know... that guys have sensitive sides... you said that your going to get him something else too... so i don't see a problem in it... its the thought that cOunts. but if your "regifting" the bears... i don't know?! make sure hes never seen them at your house before or if it still dosent say to: (your name) LoL! just be careful of that! but no... definatelyt dont see anything wrong with that... but still get him something else too!

I found a collumn dealing mostly with Hollister's shirt sizes. What about jeans? I might buy a pair online and I need to know if they run small or big. The pair I am looking at is the Baja Superflare (w/stretch) I know they are affiliated with Abercrombie, and in my experience I have worn a MUCH smaller jean at Abercrombie that at almost any other store. I can sometimes be up to a 7, but I own a pair of 2L Abercrombie jeans that fit comfortably.
Any insight?

hollisters jeans are big... try getting a size or 2 smaller... so they can fit you better... i have those same jeans and they fit me awkward... they are really long, perfect in the waist but baggy underneath my bUtt... if your a size 5... try a 3! also... abercrombie and hollister are owned by the same company (alot of their clothes are identical) so its about the same as a&f! gOOd LuCk!

Usually depends on the guy... My best friend is a guy and he says nEiTher! He likes tight girls but dosent want it to be there first time (experience, pain) and sluts are just gross, and too easy... sO depends on the guy! Thats just my friend Jake's point of view!

HeY! uM i am a lifeguard and a wsi and i make 12.50 an hour... you have to go through lifeguarding classes... but they are totally worath it! babysitting made me loaded... or you can be a hostess/busser at a resturant. work at a tanning place, work at a food place eTc... there are lots of oppertunitys... just depends on where you lIvE!

I've totally been in this situation befor! tRiCkY! aHh... try to do something with both of them. sounds like their jealous of eachother... talk to both of them and tell your boyfriend that you have a best friend.. that you love to spend time with and tell your best friend vise versa. you don't have to choose betewwn either of them... but making sure that you give them equal time and let both know how much you love them is all that really matters!
