Okay well i guess this isn't a diet, but all I eat pretty much is like junk food and im kinda overweight..i think anyways..so i want to try and stop eating that and eat healthy. The thing is, since thats like all thats in my house is things that are bad for you its hard and thats what i crave all the time-sugar or something so its really hard to stick with it..what should i do to keep with the healthy food and stuff and not eat sugary things or junk food??

And it would totally help to not buy junk-food at all. Before you go shopping, make a list of healthy foods and stick with it!!
-Hope I helped!-

What you should do is ask the person that buys groceries if they could take it easy on the junk food and buy healthy nutritous food for your body and theres. Also you should at least do one hour of exersice every day to raise your metablism and keep your mind from thinking about food. You should also try to join some sports. hiddenmeaning answered Thursday February 10 2005, 10:06 pm: you could try to get some fruit. Most fruits have sugar in them and cure a sugar crave. Its not bad to have some junk in small portions. Pasta is also a nice subsitute for the engry it gives you, that or n e carb. Along with working out you could get to where you want to be. And by workign out i mean maybe 25 crunches and 25 push ups or so a day with some walk/running. Really simple stuff to make you feel good.
