hey i was just wondering because i got the new color pulse by loreal thing, its like semi permanent hair dye, that washed off in 8-10 shampoos. and it says wash and towel dry ur hair. does it mean dry it entirely of just partially. because i haven't washed my hair for like 3 days and i don't know will the dye stay in. i got dark blonde hair, and i want it lighter. i got cool blonde, and i don't know if it'll work. thanks in advance! i rate 5's. =) (link)

get it as dry as you can with the towel and then just let it air dry the rest of the way. if you want your hair lighter, you should consider get highlights that would be permanent.

if they are out and you are suspicious that they are lying about where they are, then ask them later and write down the details about it. wait like a week or so and then bring it up again and see if they give you the same story. if they tell you something different than what you wrote down, they are probably lying.

he is defineltey using you.. dont try to sugarcoat it or anything because you dont deserve that from him. if it was meant to be he would be going out with YOU, not cheating on this other girl. he is not worth your time or your tears.. do your best to move on by hanging out with friends, starting some new sports or something to keep your mind off of him. dont worry you will eventually find a guy who will treat you like you should be treated... hope i helped!!

Okay well i guess this isn't a diet, but all I eat pretty much is like junk food and im kinda overweight..i think anyways..so i want to try and stop eating that and eat healthy. The thing is, since thats like all thats in my house is things that are bad for you its hard and thats what i crave all the time-sugar or something so its really hard to stick with it..what should i do to keep with the healthy food and stuff and not eat sugary things or junk food?? ask ur parents for help and tell them that u want them to stop buying junk food. if youre trying to be healthy then they shouldnt have a problem with it. fill up on healthy food.. instead of trying to eat less, eat more but make it all healthy. salads and stuff like that are yummy too and make it a habit. when you are tempted just picture yourself gaining the extra pounds and resist. exercise is actually a good way to relieve stress so start trying to do that on a regular basis.. good luck!!

Okay i'm a 17 year old girl and i have alot of friends...half of my friends are guys, but they only see me as the "friend" and not as girlfriends type material. Now I want to meet new guys but i wouldn't know where to meet them. I mean i work and all but the guys who come into my work are too old. get your friends to introduce you to some guys.. that way you can find out a little bit about them before you meet because you can just ask the friend who is introducing you two. you can know if you have common interests and some possible things to talk about.

omg i just started using tampons cuz i was sooo scared to try it.. i know how that feels cuz i always hated missing out on swimming and stuff like that. well the best way is to squat on the floor and use a hand held mirror so you can see where youre putting it. aim towards your lower back.. it might feel weird but youll know its in there far enough when you cant feel it anymore. its so much better than pads and you will forget that youre using one at all. just remember to change it before eight hours.. good luck lol!! :)

if its possible, do it as soon as they tell you. dont just think, well ill do it in a little bit. get up and finish it before you have the chance to forget. if its something that you cant do right away, then make a to-do list on a sticky not and keep it with you at all times or write it on your hand where you will see it.

im pretty sure that it takes about a month before you can start to have sex.. if you have any questions just ask your doctor cuz he will tell you anything you need to know. you can also go to planned parenthood cuz they have brochures and stuff on it.

i wouldnt worry about it.. its probably something perfectly natural and yeast infections usually occur only in older women. you could probably find some information on it if you search on the internet in case you are still worried. but im pretty sure that you can relax about it... :)

guys definitely like for you to tell them what to do, so if you start to make out or something just instruct him on what to do that would be a turn on for you, and unless hes gay, he should be happy to oblige. he might just be worried about how far youre willing to go, but the way to go about it is for YOU to make the first move instead of waiting for him. and he will for sure have fun with it too... :)

thats awesome that you are a proud virgin.. thats so respectable. but anyways if you are really important to him then he should respect the fact that you dont like PDA. i personally dont like when people do that in public but just tell him not to do it and be strict about it. about his past.. find out whether or not he regrets having slept with other girls.. that might be important to know and it could make a difference for you if he does regret it. but just keep in mind that hes with you now and everything else is in the past.. try your best to just put it out of your mind. hope i helped!!

Okay V-day is coming up and I have yet to find some good V-day sweets. I have searched the internet but its hard to find a recipe that is unique and out of the ordinary. I love to bake but I don't feel like cakes/cookies this year. I want to make a treat that will be remembered.
I was thinking of doing suckers but I decided I didn't want too. I have a cool recipe that you take Large marshmellows and dip them in candy chocolatte and put sprinkles on them. Everyone loves it but I wanted something new. Any ideas?

chocolate covered strawberries are good too... try making fudge. its really fatty and it could be hard to make but my friend makes those every year and makes them into heart shapes.. its so yummy! if you need a recipe try looking online!

I had REALLY WAVY HAIR. Theres got to be at least 7 waves in each strand of hair. I hate the way it looks and I really want it straight but I'm wondering..how do I get regular waves with only like 2 waves in it? I think it would look really good on me and I saw it on t.v. and some people said J.Lo and Beyonce had this hair style. How do I transform my have from ultra wavy... to only a few waves here and there? (link)

i would straighten it out with a flat iron and then use a really wide curling iron to get the sotra wavy look.. thats the only thing i can think of but the problem is it might take a while.

if youre getting it done professionally, then know ahead of time that its gonna hurt really bad and its gonna get red too. you could take some advil about 45 mins ahead of time. try not to be embarassed about it. be VERY specific. say exactly what you want.. hope i helped!!

So my cousin had me meet this guy via phone and we hit it off really well. He's funny and easy to talk to. I started to like him and Im pretty sure it was mutual. We planned to meet up and I was really excited until I learned a little more about him. He's a metal head. lol He's got the long hair and listens to that kind of crazy music. We dont have a lot in common and definately not the same type of friends. He's my complete opposite. So the question.. if you like him and you think that it could work out, then go for it dont worry about what other people will think because if you hit it off it could be well worth it. but when it comes to dating.. opposites do not attract. but you could also find soome things that you have in common, even if its not music and appearance. you may be surprised.

ive been going through this too.. i call myself a christian but i have so many doubts sometimes that i dont even know what i believe. it might be good to make some friends who are really devoted to going to church and find a youth group where you can go and have lots of fun.. that way you can have fun with church and make it a bigger part of your life. hopefully, if you can enjoy it with friends and have fun it wont be a big deal to go and your faith might grow. hope it works out... :)

he might be dealing with some distractions that probably seem more important than school to him. you could try talking to him about whats going on in his life and see if you can help with anything thats going on. if thats not the case and hes just getting lazy.. then you can try to tell him the importance of school and how it will effect his future, but there is always an option if this doesnt work out.. community colleges are still a good way to get a good education if you screw up in high school.

Alright so, me and my boyfriend 1 year..we've been going out 4. Like i like him so much and its fun being around him he can never make me bored and are relationship is awsome. my boyfriend gets like that too sometimes... does he talk to other girls a lot? make sure hes not being hypocritical.. he might just be a little insecure about your relationship. try to reassure him often that these other guys mean nothing to you and that it is harmless for you to talk to them. you could also try to introduce him to some of the guys that you talk to and hopefully that might make it less akward. just have a discussion and try to find out why it bothers him so much... then go from there.. good luck!! :)

first loves are always the hardest... you need to keep yourself busy and surround yourself with friends. find some new hobbies or try some new sports or something and keep your mind off of him. dont call or try to communicate with him much afterwards either cuz that will always make things worse. break ups are hard but its an opportunity to learn a lot about yourself and what you want out of a relationship. remember that there will be somebody else out there for you, and you might not find him right away but just be patient. you might even be able to consider that first relationship when you get your heart broken as something thats necessary to find that really great one that can last a lifetime... good luck.. always here for you!! ~Kendra~
