okay i believe in god but i guess i doubt it somtimes, i get scared of "what if there isnt one" and is there a heaven :/ i think i should go to church to build up more faith but then again i dont get how that could actually help... I really get upset over this, any suggestions? <3

i do to sumtimes wonder if theres a god and a heaven and stuff...but its just what you believe in...i think if you go to church it would help....but yeah i get what your saying sorry if this didnt help!!!!

I can honestly say that I've never doubted God's existance and here's why:
I was born 2 months premature and the doctors said I wouldn't live, but I'm still here.
The doctors said that due to lack of oxygen to my brain during the delivery, I'd be retarded, but I graduated highschool with a B average.
The doctors said I'd never walk, but when I was 20 months old I finally took my first step.
The doctors said I'd never walk properly, but I became a Native American traditional dancer when I was 14.
The doctors said I'd need assistance to walk after puberty, but I walked across the stage on my own at my highschool graduation.
The doctors said I'd be in a wheelchair by the time I was 20, but I'll be 25 in a couple weeks and I've never been in a wheelchair.
My grandmother prayed for me when I was born, and though the doctors didn't believe I had a chance to live a normal life, my grandmother put her faith in something greater than medicine. My life and my abilities defied all medical science. Though I believe that I'm a strong person, I know that I didn't do it alone.
So if anyone needs proof that God exists, here I am standing on my own two feet. That's all the proof I need.

Me comming from a Christian family believe that going to church and reading the bible does really help you grow in faith...Dont get me wrong I myself at points have had my doubts but If you really do believe you no that there is a God and he will someday save you and take you to heaven... I strongly think you shood get ur self into a chruch that u feel comfortable in and you like... I found that talking to the priest can really help you out!! I went and talked to him to ask why we should confess are sins and what now and he gave me alot of reasons. I mean you dont have to go for that reason but you could just talk to him!! When i was born my mom wasn't suppose to have kids. It was either me or her to die. She left it to my dad. My dad couldnt decide of course a normal person wouldnt pick there wife because they dont know the kid my mom said let me try to have this baby even if it kills me. Well we both are alive n healthy today. I cut my 4 fingers off the dr.'s I had in training said i would only be able to use my left hand 10%. But within 3 weeks i was picking things up and throwing things and playing like a normal kid w/that left hand. They had to put me to the real test and that was to try and do everything possible with it. I could do everything that put me to it. I think that was a miracle. I was a miracle. and thats a thanks to god! I think that this will really help you-trix

I dont belive in heaven or god myself so i cant really help you but my family make me go to church and it seems to help them so by all means go for it

read the bible, it always reassuares my faith, especially the new testament and the gospels, they are by far the coolest. God is always with you, trust in him.

Doubting doesn't mean that you have no faith. It means your smart enough not to let people use the word "faith" to override your common sense and intelligence. Neither faith nor fear should never override your ability to ask questions. I am immediately suspicious of anyone who tries to shut me up by threatening me in any way - and that includes things like "don't ask why, just do as I say so you can go to heaven". There is nothing wrong with doubt. It's the sign of a thinking mind.
There are hundreds (if not more) organized religions in the world. Millions of people are spiritual without belonging to any organized religion. There are atheistic paths of Buddhism and "religions" like secular humanism. You are not the first person to wonder if there is a god or a heaven.
Because of this, people who do believe in any particular religion will write "apologies" and other essays and books to convince people that the author really does have a grip on it. Many people who are doubting their religion turn to those texts for help when their holy scriptures and experiences of the divine aren't enough.
It's never a bad idea to check out different religions. There are tons of monotheistic sects that believe in heaven - and probably some that don't. :) The more you know about other religions, the more sure you can be that the one you've chosen for yourself is a good match for you.
More importantly spending time with people who act in a manner that you respect and admire (at least most of the time - no one is perfect) is good for you. If you find those people at a church, by all means spend more time there. If you find them at a coffee-shop, homeless shelter, computer lab, or basketball court spend time there.

i know how you feel..i always believed in him, but it was just because thats how i was raised and brought up. Then something would happen like someone i new died, and then id wonder how there could be a God if he let that thing happen. Then last year, i went to Minnesota with my youth group at church and i dont know, something happened there and made everything click and now i understand. Yeah it may sound cheesy but whatever. I think you should try going to church for a little while, because if you do want to believe in him, all the people in the world are there that can help you, and they can answer questions that you have.

I doubt God too sometimes. Don't be scared about if God isnt real,or if theres a heaven or not. Keep going to church like you do regularly and talk to your youth pastor or pastor who ever you feel comfortable talking too. I do believe there is a magnificent being somewhere watching over us, and many people call it God, Jehovah, Allah, etc. The fact is no one really knows if there is one, have they seen Him with their own eyes? If you want to believe, then do, and surround yourself with people who do. If you don't want to, then go your own way and find faith in a different form.

you should go to church and you can go to some christian book stores and all and they have great study bibles and some stuff that could help you and they might even have books on your ?!! hope that helped ya out!

ive been going through this too.. i call myself a christian but i have so many doubts sometimes that i dont even know what i believe. it might be good to make some friends who are really devoted to going to church and find a youth group where you can go and have lots of fun.. that way you can have fun with church and make it a bigger part of your life. hopefully, if you can enjoy it with friends and have fun it wont be a big deal to go and your faith might grow. hope it works out... :)

yes you should belive in god. and yes there is a god and only one no matter how many ppl belive in a different god theres only 1. you should go to church every sunday and it shuld help. i go every sunday. and there is a heaven . x0
