Erm, if you're into bestiality. I don't think it's healthy for either of you, though, so I recommend you find a human.

Every day might be a bit excessive. But yes, masturbation is normal. (Why does EVERYONE misspell it? Gah!) I would not use another person's vibrator, though. That's extremely unhealthy, even if it is your mom. Just a word of caution. =)

Q: hello i know someone must be able to answer this the national guard wants my 16 yr old daughter to enlist and they will pay for her college i think it is a good idea for several reasons but my daughter is not in shape will that matter she is 5 ft 4 and 190 she is not athletic or anything is sorta of a girly girl i want to know the down side to the national guard she wants to be a school teacher but i want her to try the guard but i would like to know the down side to the guard thanks

Well, I honestly think you should let her make her own decision. I'm in shape, I'm sixteen, but I'm not athletic or a girly girl. I wouldn't want to enlist. It's just not my thing. I wouldn't press her to enlist if you're not desperately in need of financial aid. My ex went into the ROTC. I think it might matter a little if she's out of shape. From what I heard from him, they go through some rough training. He has a lot of stamina and it exhausted him, so...I generally wouldn't reccomend it. Besides, what does that have to do with being a school teacher? Nada, really. I strongly suggest you let her decide.

Whoa. Alright, honey, breathe.
I think you have a problem. You may be addicted to this guy, if you haven't thought about that already. Listen. Hurting yourself can not bring him back to you. I don't usually say things like this, but in this case, it's probably fate. Move on. Find another guy who won't leave you. Don't get too attached to guys. Guys are unreliable. It's like being addicted to cigarettes. You go crazy if you go cold turkey. This situation has forced you to be just cut off, and no one's good at handling that. Just breathe and move on. You'll find someone else, I can guarantee it. =)

Q: ive just started dating this guy. he says he loves me and i feel i love him. im not one to throw the word love around. ive only used it twise in my life.lately we've been thinking about sex. how long is appropriate to wait?
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Alright. Let's review facts: You just started dating him. How long is "just?" I'm not one to say "if you haven't been dating long, you can't use the word 'love'" because that's not true. BUT, you need to make sure he's not using the word "love" to get you to have sex with him. Guys are known to do that. It happened to me, and he broke it off because I wouldn't go as far as he wanted me to. If you feel really ready and you've talked everything over, I'd say wait a while longer. Wait until trust has been tested, maybe. If the relationship stands, think about it a little more. Just make sure you're not rushing into anything potentially harmful.

Q: Currently, I have been single for one month, but I still love that guy. We broke up becuase he said he needed time. But to all that there is this other girl with two kid and she is only 18 years old. She work with him and on New Years, I went to Cali for vacations, when I come back I heard that he picked her up becuase they are friends. I know he cares and loves me too but I feel so betrayed. What should I do?

Ah, I feel your pain. It doesn't sound like he really betrayed you, though. Are you so sure he still loves you? Chances are, if he's with someone else, his feelings have faded. As hard as it may be to admit, he's an ex. Give it time. You'll get over him. Maybe it just wasn't meant to be.

Q: I had a boyfriend. First one ever, I cheated on him... with a girl. He broke it off. 3 weeks go by, I'm just moving on. I'm just starting to flirt again with this guy in my biology class who likes me too. Then... dun dun dun!... I saw him after school today. He wants me back. I kind of want him too. I think it was wrong to break up. But, I really like the kid in my bio class. He's someone I can lead around, not be led.

Hmm. I say once you break up, you should never go back. It might be hard, but it's harder to move backwards in life, which getting back together after a breakup probably does. So move on. If you really like the kid in your bio class, go for him. You're gonna have to follow your gut instincts on this one. Good luck!

Q: I was the one who wrote "First Kiss Gone Wrong" I have had time to think about it and I really don't want to have a boyfriend right now. *Peter* is really nice but I just don't really want to be with him anymore. If I break up with him everyone at school will say, "I told you so!" Because they all made bets on how long we would last the first day we were together. I don't want to have to be the one to break up with him but I will if I get really unhappy. HOw can I 'make' him break up with me?

Hi again. That's fine if you don't want to have a boyfriend right now. Maybe it's just not the right time for you. Let's see. You could get him to hate you...
Mostly kidding about that last thing. You can't really MAKE someone break up with you. Chances are you're gonna have to suck it up and do it yourself. Who cares if they say "I told you so"? If you live your life caring more about what other people say than what you think and say, you're going to be rather unhappy. Just be honest with him. Tell him you've been thinking and it's just not the right time in your life to have a boyfriend. Best of luck!

I believe you can, but don't hold me to it. According to most doctors/scientists/people in that general field, semen anywhere near your vaginal opening can impregnate you. (That's why they all tell us teenagers to be really careful.) I hope it works out!

Well age is really no object. I don't reccomend a difference of any more than two or three years, though. I dated an 18 year old when I was 14. BIIIIG mistake.
It's possible you could be seeing things, but unlikely. Chances are he does like you if everyone says he's asking about you. However, it's also hard to tell when a guy likes you. (Believe me, I have issues with this myself)The only way to tell if he likes you is to hear it from him. Good luck!

Hey, my first kiss sucked. I mean, some of them still suck. The other day my boyfriend and I were trying to walk and kiss, but he hit my teeth, lol. If you don't want to break up with him, don't. However, relationships should be private. Just keep the little details to yourself and have fun with the relationship. ^_^

Yep, been there, done that. I liked this guy, Brian, after he asked me out (then dumped me) for, like, 2 years. It took me forever to get over him, but I did it by getting a crush on someone else. I mean, it's possible to go without liking a guy. I did it for eighteen months! Do everything. Make a list of everything to dislike about him. Write poetry. The trick is to convince your subconscious that he's not worth liking. It's hard, but you'll eventually have to do it. I have a notebook filled with bad poetry asking "why does he torment me?" and crap like that. I can look at it now and laugh my @$$ off, but it helped me get over him. Oh, and don't worry about it being good poetry. ALL of mine sucks. ^_^

I'm glad you have that mindset. Too many people look for just looks these days...
Anyway, I very seriously doubt you're in love if you're not in a relationship. It's possible, though. When you're in love, you'll know. Trust me on this. I'm in it right now and it's amazing.

Q: Lately my boyfriend is being very cold to me. He doesn't want to hug or hold me, he barelly calls. I try to be very affectionate with him but it hurts when you get no affection back. He constantly thinks that I am either lying or cheating on him, which I am doing neither. I love him very much and I want things to work out between us but I don't know what else to do to show him I am good to him. What should I do?

Two words - oy vey. He's being an ass. No offense meant, but he is. Yes it does hurt when you get no affection. Have you tried talking to him? There's only so much advice we can give you. Maybe there's a reason, like something bad happened in his family, or something. He sounds a bit paranoid, actually. But again, you'll never know unless you talk to him. Miscommunication is a good way to kill a lot of potentially good relationships. Speak up, chica. Let him know what's bothering you.

Love is an impossible emotion to explain. You just know when you're in love. There's no way to tell. I'm in love with my boyfriend. To me that means I want to be with him forever. I can't picture me with another guy, or him with another girl. Technically, I think love is a mix of hormones and emotions that there's no way to describe, so we picked a word and called it that, but I like to talk about the more psychological/emotional aspect of it than the physical, though the physical aspect of love, at least for me is actually amusing. For instance, I still lose my balance when he kisses me. I've actually had to hold onto something to avoid falling over. You'll be able to describe it (though maybe not in words) when you experience it first hand. I hope you get the chance. =)

Q: My boyfriend and I started dating after an internet freindship of about 3 and a half years. This isn't the problem per se, but I think it has something to do with it.
The family is very close, so they knew quite a bit about me, including my somewhat dysfunctional family (My father's an alcoholic). Add in the major class differences (we're low working class, his parents are filthy rich corporate lawyers) and you have a huge problem on your hands.
Apparently I remind his father of his ex wife, his mother thinks my boyfriend is in too deep and I'm going to get pregnant (Considering we both practice abstinence, highly doubtful), and his sister thinks I'm an idiot because of the writing style in my journal (Apparently I'm not New York enough or something?).
Especially after my family and I sat down with them, his mom (who was basically in total control) was a completely polite ice queen. It was very uncomfortable for everyone involved because they kept talking to my father and being very lawyer-ish about everything.
I feel like they've unjustly made an opinion of me from that one failed meeting, and I have no idea how to fix things, because they want nothing to do with me. I feel really rejected and this is gnawing at me like crazy. What should I do?
|

Well the class issue shouldn't be one. An issue, I mean. and Do they know your father's an alcoholic? If not, they don't have to.
If you really feel like it could go better if reattempted (is that even a word?), then do try it again. His mother might have been having a bad day. It happens.
Did they actually say they want nothing to do with you? If they didn't you may be making assumptions, which is never good.
Maybe you should try going there without your parents once, and see if the situation improves.
This has never happened to me, so I'm not sure if this was helpful at all. I tried! Good luck with the whole thing. I hope it works out.

Q: how do you ask a guy out if you are a shy girl when it comes to asking guys out (or friends out)
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Okay, I can answer this. I've been there. If you wanna ask a guy out, and you're too shy to ask him out on a date, just suggest going to see a movie or something. Or maybe ask him if he wants to come along with you and your friends and hang out. My first date with my boyfriend wasn't supposed to be a date. Yours doesn't have to be either. Besides, the worst thing that can happen is he'll say "I'd rather not." most guys are not gonna say "EW, NO!" and run away. That's very improbable and very immature. So don't worry too much about it. =)

Q: I can't sing loudly! Since 6th grade I've tried out for 5 musicals and I haven't made any of them because I can't project my voice. I've tried everything I know of, trying to sing from your diaphram, not your stomach..and NOTHING WORKS! I know I have a good voice, my chorus teacher even told me she couldn't give me a solo because I wasn't loud enough, but she really wanted to. Any tips on singing loudly would be greatly appreciated. (And good songs to practice with, I'm a second Soprano)

Omg! A question I can really answer! Okay, I'm 16 and I sing opera. (If you really need help and you have AIM, IM me at SirenCytherea. Or e-mail me at DemonIre1024@hotmail.com . I teach voice.)
Lessee...
Well, first off, you may not be old enough to have a really loud voice. I didn't get my volume until I was...fourteen. But then, I have an overdeveloped voice. Anyway, you know how you feel when you're about to yawn, that open feeling in your throat?
When you inhale to sing, yawn in your air. Breathe like you're about to yawn, but sing instead. (If you're doing this right, you may actually yawn. This happened to me a few times. If that happens, relax a little.)
DON'T sing from your diaphragm.
Do me a favor - push your shoulders forward, then inhale as you pull them up, push them back, and then down. Your ribcage should have expanded. Lock in that feeling - your ribcage should never move in/your chest should never collapse.
When you get this feeling right, work on relaxing your throat. Never use any of your throat muscles when you sing. Your air should come from waaaaaaaaaaay down in your stomach, and you're going to need a lot of it if you're going to sing loud. I'm a coloratura and/or first soprano, and I'm always running out of air. You always need, like, 3 million times more air than you think you do.
Don't think about retaining air because then you'll sound weak. Think of pushing it all out.
Do an octave slide. Pick a lowish note (like the A below middle C) and slide up an octave to the next A, then back down. As you sing higher, push more and more air, and think of reaching the bottom note, not the top one.
Also, never feel like you're yelling when you sing. That's a good way to kill your voice fast.
The method above takes awhile to get right (it took me a month, and I'm still working on it.) but once you get it right, you'll have sooooo much volume. I was in my voice lesson with the window closed on the top floor of the building. My mom was in the car in the parking lot and she heard me. It's amazing and really cool. I was afraid to sing out at first, but when you get it, it sounds GOOD. So these are just the basics. For more help, e-mail or IM me. This is what I do.
Some songs to practice with are anything that have a lot of dynamics. Not choral pieces - those won't do you any good. hope this was helpful! -Siren
