I am twenty-one, soon to be twenty-two, and currently work in a loan servicing department. I truly enjoy my job, as well as college, in which I am reaching my last year to receive my degree. Well, it depends if you'd rather wait and see if you can find signs that he likes you, or if you'd rather talk to him about it and let him know how you feel. If you could ask me another question telling me the answer to that, it would really help me to help you.

If I block someone, will they be able to send me inbox messages? We've been having a conversation through the inbox, so if I block them, will they be able to still send me messages? I'm not friends with them on facebook.

Yes, as far as my experience with having to block people, it stops any contact with the particular person. Including sending messages to your inbox.

I found the healthiest stuff I could find, but keep in mind when it comes to these foods there are always down-sides, but I wouldn't worry about it.

Me n the guy we hardly ever speak. Were so shy around eachother and he blushes like crazy when i'm around. Everyone says he likes me and the things he does around me kind of back it up. I like him too but if we hardly talk what can we do to take the next step? Were so shy we cant even sit together in class not one word not even a hi out of us 2. what should i do? Since you two are both shy, it's going to take at least one of you to initiate the conversations and often. Looks like that's going to be you. Belive me, it's not as hard as it seems. First, you have to get it in your head that you're confident and have no need to be shy. Convince yourself of this, it does work..it works for me.
Next, talk to him extremely often. Like, on a daily basis. Even if all you say is, "Hey, how are you doing today?" It's something, and the more the two of you talk, the more comfortable you'll become with each other. Which is the the ultimate goal.
Finally, continue doing this for awhile until you work your way up into even better convo starters (you can find a lot of convo starters on the internet, if you look in search engines). And ultimately, become a lot more comfortable with him and the communication should be flowing.

Does anybody know any low calorie snacks that they sell in like newsagents?? Like a chocolate bar or cereal bar.

I recommend any of the Special K products, they're all low-calorie snacks and cereals. Also, wheat thins are great for you as well.
P.S. If you need to know the brand of wheat thins or any more low-calorie snacks, let me know in my feedback and I'll edit and post more.
EDIT: Nabisco is the brand of wheat thins.
Triscuits (Reduced-Fat) are really good too, they're also by Nabisco.

Well last year, a guy asked me out, and I said no because I was super nervous. I felt really bad since he tried to get me for like a month. Well, now I sort of regret it, and would totally go out with him if he asked again. I can't help thinking about it every time I see him, and what it would've been like if I had agreed to go out with him, but it seems like he's totally moved on. What should I do? I think you should talk to him about it and let him know the reasons why you didn't date him in the first place. From that talk, you can see if he still is interested in you and something may work out. Good luck =)

Sorry this might be long. Well. We'll just call this girl R, lol. She's really weird just like me and shes like my best friend n all that. I am really starting to like her. A lot. We stay up talking on weekends sometimes, and we never run out of things to talk about.
Problem is, she has a boyfriend. They've been going out for like a really really long time, and I wouldn't tell her I like her when she has a boyfriend. So I've been waiting. And nothing changes. I still like her.
But a couple nights ago she left me this really long message saying that she liked me as more than a friend. And she also wrote in it "I know i have a boyfriend and all that, which is why i'm having a really hard time liking you. nd i dont want anyone thinking im cheating on him or whatever because im really not the kind of person to do that sort of thing. And dont ask me why i like you because i dont even know. its just a huge puzzle to me. Anyway, I just had to tell you this because it was killing me and i had to get it off my chest. and im really afraid to send this but i know nothing will change if i dont so here it goes..." and i noticed she sent this really late at night.
and then after that she sent a message that said "omg. ignore that last message. i was like acting drunk. omfg please ignore it."
What do you think I should do...?

I don't think she was acting drunk, if you ask me, she got scared and decided to make up an excuse as to why you shouldn't actually believe it. Either way, since she does have a boyfriend -- I wouldn't step over any friend boundaries. I wouldn't wait any longer if I were you, I've been in this situation before (except it was my best guy friend and I'm a girl) and I would still be waiting because he's still got his girlfriend. So I just moved on, and I think it would be better if you did to. Unless she tells you that she's going to breakup with her boyfriend and be with you, that's the only way that I'd change my mind.

my friend went to rehab, stopped drinking and doing drugs.
started again at a party last week.
is back into bad things, i basicly told him to stop.
and then he decides to lie to me and say hes stopped and he has lied about numerous things in the past. today i told him i hated him.
but i dont really.

If he has lied to you repeatedly, then I think it's time to call it quits. I mean, it isn't like he's lying to you about nonsense stuff (even though it's still bad), but he's lying to you about serious things, drugs and drinking. I think this relationship is going to become toxic, if it already hasn't. If he's going to continue doing these things, do you really want to be with a guy who does this? And lies to you? I think you should tell him one last time (IF you still want to give him another chance) that if he doesn't stop this time, you're gone for good. Personally, I wouldn't give him another chance, but that's just my opinion.

I've sent in about 3 applications and none of replied back so far. It's been a month or so. Do they really want ONLY 18+ year olds? A friend my age and even younger have jobs. Somehow I can't get one. I'll even do Stock

I want to do somehting like japeneeze straightning to my hair but not as bad for your hair adn doesnt frizz it. My hair is very frizzy from all the pruct and stuff ive done to it so i just want it to get better! Unfortunately, just about any heat that goes to your hair is damaging it, so you really cannot escape that. However, Thermal Hair Straightening is the less-damaging way of getting great hair results.

Ok im 14/m and I love this girl, and I kindoff asked her 2 best freinds about her it and they both said they wouldnt tell anyone but one opens his mouth to much. My heart is saying to tell her but then I kindoff ruin everything for me and her cause then she will lose her freinds and possibly me. I know that you love her and since I'm a girl, I commend you for caring enough to tell he this. However, I think it would be best to let it go. If it continues to happen again, that's when I would say something. Friends get aggravated sometimes and say things that don't mean, so it could ruin the friendship for almost nothing.
