You do really like her and i hate to say that you are young but i mean when is the age when love starts or even puppy love. Well you have to tell her how you feel because you have to do your own thing, in other words you have move on with whats in your life. If i were you i would avoid rushing into anything thats a boyfriend/girlfriend type. You really have to take time with that. What exactly do you really want to tell her though? You should think about that before saying anything. And see if she wants the same with you. If you both do then work slowly on spending time and if you guys want to and are ready then move up. If it continues to happen again, that's when I would say something. Friends get aggravated sometimes and say things that don't mean, so it could ruin the friendship for almost nothing.
