well i met this new guy lets say his name is tyler. well hes veryy outgoing and not shy at all. Well thing is i tend to get shy or just sound really stupid when i try to talk to them. Confidence! Thats the way to not be shy. When you have total confidence, you become very outgoing. The way to get confidence is not always easy of course, because it takes a lot of self esteem. But it helps to FEEL good. So, wear a cute outfit you feel good in that makes you feel flirty. And your hair & makeup noticable but not overdone. This will make you more confident. Also, talk to him like he's your friend. Dont over think it. Be natural. :]

Well, who KNOWS why guys do what they do..honestly. But, heres my theory. Guys flirt and flirt because its fun for them. Sometimes they dont want to have a relationship with you. Its kind of like a test to see how much they can get in a little bit of time. But, they forget girls have um, FEELINGS?! So, they forget to plan for that. The first clue they get the girl actually likes them and might be looking for something morree than what they want, they freak out and get scared. Yeah, arent we all? The only way you'd be a stalker, though is if you were actually copying their information and going to their house or something of that nature. Simply LOOKING is not stalkerish. Thats why people make myspaces..so you'll look at it! But anyway, it IS addicting so if you really think its unhealthy for you, stop going on the computer. I know its hard - Ive tried it. But, its easier if you keep yourself busy! The less you go on the computer, the less you'll WANT to after a while. Try to go without looking at myspace.com for a week. And then 2 weeks, etc. OR if this is REALLY bad and you do feel like a stalker, delete your myspace.

I am jealous when my boyfriend goes to hang out with females I can tolerate but dont like. I dont know why or how to tell him that I am jealous without him getting angry with me. Its normal to be jealous when you have a boyfriend that hangs out with other girls. But, you have to remember that just because hes hanging out with them doesnt necesserily mean he's cheating on you! A lot of guys have girls that are just friends to them - like girls have guy friends. If you show jealousy to him, though he might get annoyed - its one of the main things guys HATE. So, dont be that girl. Tell him you would love to meet his friends sometime. If he says no or seems to be hiding something, I would tell him its getting a little too weird for you. Tell him he is your boyfriend and you just dont want to get hurt. Tell him its FINE he hangs out with other girls and that youre totally cool with that! But that he needs to be less sneaky about it.

Heres how to get the look:
Scrunching GEL is KEY. I use Pantene PRO-V Style Curl defining scrunching gel. It works really well and you can buy it anywhere! :] So take a shower and wash your hair, then take your hair and put some gel on your hands and push it up towards your head. Do this a few times with all of your hair and then put your hair in a MESSY bun or 2 buns if you have a lot of hair. Then, go to sleep. I never dry my hair when I scrunch. When I wake up, my hair is still wet because of the gel.

Hey - Just a word of advice on how parents think...
Well, parents are AFRAID of losing you. So understand their fears and respect it. They still want you to be their "baby" even though you are much older physically and mentally to BE babied by them. Instead of being so harsh about it saying "I hate being with you." to them, be nice about it. After all, they LOVE you and they are nice to you..because they dont want to lose you and thats a sign of a good, loving parent. Just think how many kids want what you have, but dont. Think about your parents and how you would feel if they were gone tomorrow. (I guarantee you'd miss those dinners!)
Also, Im not totally on their side, here - Im on yours too. Youre 14. You should most definitely be allowed to stay home alone for a few hours and go out with your friends! The dinners are fine but maybe they could change dinners to a weeknight if thats possible. Or move family time to sunday when its still the weekend..but people arent socializing as much as FRIDAY and saturday. No matter how gay you think it is, family time is important..so make sure they prioritize and let you go out, but dont totally drop them.
Trust me when I say if you put up less of a fight with them and show them you can have both (go out with your friends and still be totally loving towards them) the more they will see how mature you are and they will become less afraid of letting you go. So, be respectful and drop the language. I know parents are annoying and its hard but try not to get frustrated. And TALK TO THEM. Be honest with how you feel. Tell them you need time to bea teenager and you feel like youre missing out on that part of your life. Also, explain youre always going to be their daughter and that you still want time with them.
