As life-threatening as it sounds, I would just delete your MySpace. I've never had one, but I used to have a Xanga and never caught on to the trend. ;) It's actually nice to have more of a life than your friends, and you avoid lots of nasty drama too, and can't get your feelings hurt because you're not on someone's Top Eight. :) The only down-side is that sometimes you feel like you're missing out on stuff, and people you know from way back always look for your MySpace to get in touch, to find out you either don't have one or are impossible to find. :)

I do the same thing... there is nothing wrong with it, as long as you don't try to find out where they live, and literally stalk them. Sometimes there just isn't anything better to do.

Yeah, arent we all? The only way you'd be a stalker, though is if you were actually copying their information and going to their house or something of that nature. Simply LOOKING is not stalkerish. Thats why people make myspaces..so you'll look at it! But anyway, it IS addicting so if you really think its unhealthy for you, stop going on the computer. I know its hard - Ive tried it. But, its easier if you keep yourself busy! The less you go on the computer, the less you'll WANT to after a while. Try to go without looking at myspace.com for a week. And then 2 weeks, etc. OR if this is REALLY bad and you do feel like a stalker, delete your myspace.

This is such a common problem. mypace can be really addicting so I don't think your weird or a stalker. If you really want to stop it's gonna take some time and self control. First set a limit like "i will only look at 5 profiles a day." Slowly decrease the number when you get to zero reward yourself for every day you dont go on. So if you don't go on for 3 days buy yourself a new shirt or something. I really hope I helped. Feel free to IM me (metgirl517) Good Luck
