What foods should you eat before exercising (sports that include running)? Also, what can you do to minimize cramps?!

Bananas, and other things high in potassium. But don't eat peanut butter or anything like that before exercise. Also, stay away from things high in sugar. Cramps? Drink more water.

I was very intruiged by a previous question about the world ending. It got me thinking, many people have alterior motives. Such as Andrew Jackson, did he put the cherokees through the Trail of Tears becasue he wanted to save them from the Georgians, or did he move them because he was racist. Also, im sure many other people had alterior motives toward what they did, like Hitler, Stalin, Martin Luther King Jr. I'm not attempting to be biases here, so don't immediatly assume that i think hitler is a racist bastard, because im a Jewe. And don't i hate Stalin because he's a communist bastard, because im Russian. Im not black though, that would just be weird. A black, jewish, russian guy? Anyway, back to the question, many people chose alterior motives, but why is that? Is it for self-benefit (which is whati beleive is the main reason), is it for society, or is it just so they can have something for themselves and only themselves? What if someone said something offensive about you and you had a disablity, and ur friends and family didnt do much to defend you? I have the right to be mad right? I have the right to be mad at my family for not defending me right? what should i do?

You could sing about moral issues or things going on in the world today. Or you could do somthing like what Weird Al does and just make fun of other people's music. Another thing would be making songs from Bible verses. Or you could make songs about relationships...the only thing about that is everyone does it and it does get annoying after a while; just look at Relient K and Hawk Nelson.

I was wondering a few things about steroids.
- First, I'm not taking them for sports or anything, I have bad asthma and I have to take them to control my attacks.
1. What are the risks.
2. Do they make you eritible/angry all the time
3. Do they make your muscles large
I'm a girl so I wouldn't want my muscles to be the size of a man's!
If it's only for asthma then you don't have anything to worry about. When steroids are used for things like this they are perscribed in very small doeses. None of these really apply unless taken in large doses. So, don't worry about it.

I am thinking of buying a new camera. I currently have a pentax which I love but it has seen better days.
I'd like to try a digital one but here's the thing no one has yet been able to answer for me.
I do not like the point and shoot, auto focus stuff. I want a set your own f-stop, focus.... manual type camera. I like my pic's to be my own creations know what I mean? Does anyone know if they make something like that in digital cameras?
I think the problem lies in the fact that I don't really know what the official name for the kind of camera I'm wanting is. I'm in process of packing for a move and all my stuff is currently unavailable to me.So, if anyone knows at least that much it would be a help in my search.

My dad is a professional photographer and he uses a Fuji Finepix(S2 or S3 pro) 12 megapixel. http://www.fujifilm.com It has auto everything but you can also swap it to manual, so you can do pretty much anything you want with it. The auto-focus usually just depends on the lens you are using.
You never mentioned price, so I'm assuming that isn't much of a problem.

I have a problem with my Sunday School teacher. You see, I honestly believe that I have more Biblical knowledge than her. I know that sounds conceited.. but it just seems like it! Yesterday (Easter Sunday) our "lesson" was on miracles. This is what the conversation was like:
Teacher:Who can preform miracles?
Teacher:Only Jesus can preform miracles! No one else can!
Me:*raises hand*
Teacher:yes?
Me:But Jesus isn't the only one who can preform miracles.. Paul, Elija, Elisha, the Devil, the Twelve Disciples.. they all preformed miracles..
Teacher:No, no, no. That's not what I said..
Me:You said "Only Jesus can preform miracles".
Teacher:Anyway, girls, as you see.. blah, blah, blah.
At this time, I'm feeling pretty screwed over since she just blew me off. All of that conversation is an exact quote. This was the third time that I was able to correct her (and the third time I got blown off) yesterday alone! It happens every Sunday.. she doesn't know the lesson, she doesn't know what she's talking about.. It makes me mad!
I know that I am much, much more mature Spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and in my knowledge of the Bible and Christ.. (not trying to sound conceited..) but the lessons are never fufilling! I could gather more from my eight-year old sister's Sunday School lesson. Get this: I was the only girl in my class of seventh and eighth grade girls that knew what the Rapture was! Oh my gosh! How dumb?!
So, I was considering talking to my youth pastor about this. I'm naturally shy, and I don't like to put myself in that position.. but this is so annoying.. and a waste of my Sunday morning! So.. do you think I should speak to my youth pastor about this?
PS - I don't really get along with my teacher, I'm nice to her... but we don't get along. :\

You really need to talk to your youth pastor and maybe even your pastor. Write letters and make some phone calls.
This Sunday school teacher is pathetic; it's pretty obvious what the problem is. I know of people like this in my "former" church. You just need to make your voice heard. See if anyone else has the same opinion. Or you could go to someone else's class if it's that much of a problem. Pretty bad when you think your Sunday morning is wasted. Apparently talking to the teacher isn't going to help you since she doesn't listen to you as it is, so you need to take it to someone in higher authority, as you have already deducted.
Is your teacher even genuinely saved? Pray hard.

I do not beleive that you can delete them. They are permenantly stored on AIM. Not on your computer...If it says that you have too many SN's on one E-mail, just put another E-mail or make a Yahoo account or somthing.

That is a real piece of crap. For one, I would absolutely NEVER buy a computer at wally world. Two, it has very little RAM and it is way overpriced. Three, you don't get any type of service or support from wal-mart. Four, well, it's a PC, and for the price you could get an Apple. You need to go somewhere like CompUsa for a "decent" PC.

Well, if you don't want to die from it then you don't need to start. There is absolutely no reason to start, it is a whaste of money, and it kills you. I mean come on.
