What foods should you eat before exercising (sports that include running)? Also, what can you do to minimize cramps?!

before excercising dont eat TOO much, but have like a bagel or something light. have something with carbs or protien, not junk like sugar and preservatives.
to minimize cramps stretch before and after for a good 15 mins at LEAST ]
pasta and carbs help give you energy but i don't know about the cramps. ]
You shouldn't eat before exercising/sports. You know that wait one hour before swimming rule well the same goes for any sport. I don't know how to minimize cramps but heres what you can do when you get them:
1.Put your hands on top of your head
2.breath in through your nose and out through your mouth
3.Put your hands in the air, like your raising your hand except put them both up

Bananas, and other things high in potassium. But don't eat peanut butter or anything like that before exercise. Also, stay away from things high in sugar. Cramps? Drink more water. ]
noodles, they give you carbohydrates and the energy you need. and to minimize cramps try breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. well i hope this helps!

I don't recommend eating to much before you exercise. to help prevent cramps make sure you drink plenty of water during the day...just not a lot right prior to. It will make you sick if you eat or drink much before.
I have also heard that tomato juice helps cramps, but have never tried it. ]
you should just drink lots of water n eat just a simple protien bar.

You want to eat something that will give you energy to allow you to exercise or anything that allows you to move a lot. Foods that have carbohydrates, carbs for short, are things that you should eat but not too much before you exercise. Anything healthy is fine but I never eat before I exercise but it's different for everyone. To minimize cramps from exercising, try to stretch before and breath properly and that will help. Drinking water while you exercise will help. ]
well you should eat veggies before excersising and carbs. also...eat an hour before you exersise to reduce cramps. ]
honestly, i try not to eat at all before i run/excersize. to minimize cramps, do crunches before you do it. for some reason it helps. also, dont drink to much water. <3 ]
