ok this is a stupid thing to say but yeah, i've been under alot of stress here lately for the past year or so now.I've been starting to think about cutting I have once before but dont know if I want to again last time I did my parents found out and said they were going to put me in a hospital if i ever did it again.But I can't think of any other ways to relieve my feelings in a way only I can control.
try other things. drawing, writing, hell even kicking a punching bag could work. try to exhaust all possible safe ways of executing your anger before you take on something that is very drastic and very dangerous

Hi ive been finding it really hard to sleep for the last few days, can anyone give me some advice on how i might be able to get a few hours at least of sleep thank you..

take sleeping pills? do something during the day that will make you really tired like excercising, anything really. make sure you wake up earlier too cause if you sleep late it'll make you want to go to sleep late.
if none of these work you could also consider skipping sleep for a night or two until you are REALLY tired. you WILL sleep when your body requires you too

I've heard everyone say bleach is really bad for your hair. But there is a brand I found, that I'm not sure if it's good. It's the "Punky Color Bleach Kit" if anyone can tell me if this works good that would help a lot. By the way I have dark brown hair so.. I sorta need the bleach, because I'm going to be using a neon orangish color.
bleach destroys the pigments in your hair, so yes it is bad. basically the color gets stripped otu of it. it'll grow out though and the hair than comes in underneath will be fine

before excercising dont eat TOO much, but have like a bagel or something light. have something with carbs or protien, not junk like sugar and preservatives.

Hi, I'm a 19/f and I've been with my boyfriend for about three years. Instead of just doing things or getting him gifts only on special occasions, I like to be spontaneous and surprise him on a random day "just cause".
Over the period of these three years, I've done a lot like make him crafty cards, cook for him, and etc, but I feel like I'm running short on ideas!
Keep in mind I am on a budget since most of my money is spent for my college tuition and textbooks. What I'd like to ask is if you all have any good ideas on what I could do to surprise him and remind him of how much I love him that is creative and affordable? My friend and I were making fun of our French teacher in class yesterday. Well, we didn't notice but our teacher was walking by and she kind of stopped for a second. I went to a football game last night with my friend Mary. We met up with her friend Anurag and then Drew [my homecoming date]. We were all having fun talking and laughing when we went to go sit down. Drew left for a bit behind the bleachers because he said that "He had to check on something", so we let him. It grew like an hour and he STILL hadnt come back. So me and Mary went to go find him. We went behind the bleachers and found Drew with another girl. Her hands were in his pockets with his in as well. She was practically up on him, really close anways. I asked him what was up with that. And he's like "Oh well i was just warming her up". I couldn't believe he had just done it right in front of me...it seemed like he tore my heart out and ripped it in half. He was my FIRST love, and i was his first too.
