Ever Since I started exerscising (about once a day for half an hour) I get really bad stomach aches in the afternoon. But only in the afternoon. I dont know why and this didnt happen before that.

Karen answered Wednesday April 6 2005, 10:18 am: Do you eat before you exercise? If you do, then this is why you are getting these bad stomach aches. Or your exercising is starting to take affect and is causing your stomach to hurt. Drinking water while you exercise will help you not to have cramps and such so try that. Your stomach aches should go away, once you get used to exercising. This happened to me too and my stomach aches eventually went away. [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
GeezLouise answered Wednesday April 6 2005, 5:35 am: Drinking large amounts of fluid before or during exercise can give you a stomach ache. Drink a cup about an hour before you excersise
Drinking water during exerscising becomes more important as you begin to exercise for longer periods without stopping, especially if you are you are exercising in very hot and/or humid conditions. If this is the case, you should drink small amounts, two or three big sips, every 15 to 20 minutes when exercising without stopping for more than an hour.

If you mean you get a stomach ache like your going to throw up, then you are eating or drinking to much water before you do your excersices.:) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
Ana21 answered Tuesday April 5 2005, 11:27 pm: that means that your muscles ar building up. in other wornds, theyre getting stronger, which means that all your working out is working out! lol. or its because you did it right after yo ate, and you worked too hard with a full stomach. try working out in the morning. if it doesnt help, talk to your doctor. hope i heled!
