Don't change your interests because of what others think. First of all, there are plenty of girls out there that love cars, too... maybe not in your class, but perhaps in your school. You should try not to be too discouraged because of a few girls making fun of you.
Also, they're probably jealous because you do have something in common with the guys, and I'm sure they like that. Try not to let the girls bother you... while they're busy worrying about makeup and being prissy, you can impress a cute guy with your car knowledge. ;D

Don't let other people influence you. If you like cars, go with it. Join Auto-Mechanics(or whatever it may be called at your school) and learn all you can about it. Even if you may be the only girl in your class that likes cars, you aren't the only one in the world. LOTS of girls like cars.

All of my interests and passions and.. quite different from most peoples' but I never got made fun of for them. People just nodded in fearing admiration. I'd say just stay in the closet until someone mentions something about cars. THEN you say you like them. Don't go shoving your "OMFG I LYK CARZZ!12" thing down people's throats. Because frankly, noone cares.
