ok this is a stupid thing to say but yeah, i've been under alot of stress here lately for the past year or so now.I've been starting to think about cutting I have once before but dont know if I want to again last time I did my parents found out and said they were going to put me in a hospital if i ever did it again.But I can't think of any other ways to relieve my feelings in a way only I can control.

Cutting doesn't work and that should be pretty obvious to you. The only way it could work is by causing you much pain which would probably drown out the other pain you're feeling for a few minutes until u stop bleeding and probably by also attracting the attension you are probably looking for by doing it. Maybe from your parents or just anybody to notice you. Just don't cut yourself would be a good answer. ]
well you could write what you feel down on paper that is what i do when i am mad or upset that way you don't have to take the way you feel out on other people and make them feel bad or you could go see a coulsor to talk about your feelings there they can always help you with your problems. ]
first of all i know you dont want to hear this, but cutting is not the answer. i did it for a long time and all it did for me was get my friends mad at me and ruin a lot of friendships. now whenever i feel like crap and under stress, i run or, and i no this is stupid, but i try to figure out math equations cause its my favorite subject. but you could run or just lay in bed and listen to music. sometimes i write songs to that describe wat is going on and for me that works everytime. hope i helped.

try other things. drawing, writing, hell even kicking a punching bag could work. try to exhaust all possible safe ways of executing your anger before you take on something that is very drastic and very dangerous ]
Talk to your parents about this or a school guideance counsler.Or if youdon't want your parents to know have a way of getting money on our own tell your parents you have something after school and go to a shrink.

Get a punching bag orgo to a gym that has boxing and take a few classes or go to the batting cages it works for me when i am stressed!!

just write down all the feeling and get them out in a journal or diary. Whatever you do don't become a cutter.

I know the stress can be so much...especially at our age..between school,family,deadlines,sports,jobs,clubs, etc. I've been there..felt like i was gona collapse because of all the stress math was giving me. Cutting isnt the answer..it hurts you further, thats the way i look at it. Something like writing in a journal,talking a walk,crying,playing your favorite sport, talking to someone, hitting a pillow/punchingbag are all healthy ways to releive your feelings..plus your in control of it. maybe go to your own secret quiet spot. Maybe a stream,old treehouse,a field, your basement,or even if its just your room or sitting out on the deck..go to your own quiet place and just forget about everything else going on. Blast music,close your eyes, write a story, just hang out with your family..maybe your brothers and just play video games. Blow off the stress. Its not a stupid thign to say because we are all under stress.sometimes it really gets to be just too much and i think we have all been there.
Everyone deals with stress in their own way..but harming yourself isnt the right answer.

Oh yes, the lovel bits of body damage. Its so great to slit your wrists and bleed out all your stress. You should make fun of people or rant. ]

Don't cut. <strong>don't don't don't</strong> What if one day you were just cutting because you >strong>felt</strong> stressed and you struck a major artery and killed yourself. How would that make your parents feel? Your friends? When you cut think about everyone else you are cutting, when you cut yourself. Next thing. When you feel stressed you could punch something. Anything but a wall! <strong>IE</strong>Pillows, punching bag, matress, anything that is soft. Trust me, it gets out a lot of stress. Think things through before you do anything because you don't want to do something you will reget and can't do anything about. ♥ ]
