When you are shaving yourself, DO NOT GO AGAINST THE GRAIN. (You generally only to that on your legs and arm pits.)

My BEST advice about a tattoo is to get something thats personal to you, and means something. If you don't you might regret it.
With the Biblical thing, I would choose a phrase that you like, and either put it in a different language, or get a tattoo of the book its in, because the phrase is smaller and easier to hide.

By razored, do you mean you Buzzed (Clippered) it all off?
By Buzzing (Clippered) your entire head, it doesn't make it thinner, thats how thin your hair already was, you just lessened the amount of it, so yes. it will feel thinner.
If you razored it (With a hairstylists razor) then yes your hair will feel thinner, thats what a razor does, it thins out the hair.
There is no way to change how your hair biologically grows.
There aren't any pills or serums that will help your hair grow faster.
If you aren't eating well, and you are anorexic or bullemic, then yes this will cause your hair to fall out and thin because you aren't receiving the preferred amount of vitamins into your system to take care of parts of the body that aren't necessaties. (Like hair.)
Or if you are overweight, this can have the same effect.
If this is the case, consider eating healthier.

I am about around 5'3 and I'm 13 and I'm about 107lbs. I am kinda worried about my weight increasing because I used to be really fat when I was younger and I don't want to be like that ever again but now I'm average skinny. I skateboard for an hour or more a day and I go to the gym almost everyday , and I play basketball for an hour a day. I wouldn't worry about gaining weight. You are under the recommended weight limit for that height.
You need to make sure you aren't creating a bad personal image of yourself, this can lead to many more problems. Anorexia, bullemia, excessive working out.
I would consider speaking to a professional about what you think of your personal image.
If you feel you need to lose more weight, speak to your parents/ gaurdians, and when they know that this issue is important to you, they can help you not to take it to far, and keep you healthy.
Consider eating foods with quite a bit of protein and fiber.
The fiber is great for your digestive system, and the protein will help give your muscles some gas for when you work them out.
Your family could also speak with a nutritionist.

the 500 song max, is like an average. Your 506 songs with album art havnt exceeded the 2gb yet. When you open i-tunes, with your ipod plugged in, theres a bar at the bottom, telling you how much of the memory you have used, and how much you have left. Every song varies in size, so some may take up more space than others.

maybe like an ebay store? ask people if they want something to sell. You sell it for them at auctions, ebay, amazon etc, and take half the profit or something? Or you could do the same with unwanted items, in which case you would get ALL the money, because they dont want the item anyway.
