A father finds his son praying at night. 'God bless Mommy, Daddy, and Grandma. Ta ta Grandpa.' The father finds this odd, but doesn't think too much of it. The next morning the grandfather dies. The father remembers the night before, but doesn't say anything. That night, the son prays, 'God bless Mommy and Daddy. Ta ta, Grandma.' The father hopes that nothing happens to the grandmother. I recently started using Nair on my embarassing, dark, thick arm hair. First I thought about it, and didn't think it was a good idea. Then my friend used it, and her hair grew back light and thin. I asked my mom, who is very picky about these things and knows A LOT about them, and she said I could try it. I used it about 2 or 3 weeks ago and no problems during the process, but it's growing back REALLY thick and spikey like leg hair after you have it. Is this just what happens the first time or should I not continue to use it? Thanks, I rate high. (link)

When you shave or wax your hair, it may seem to come in thick and spikey, but its really not. I haven't really used nair, except for once, but the results were pretty good. Its not something thats just gonna happen over night, it does take time, and yes, there is still hope, don't worry.

If hes your friend, you should be able to pull him over to the side and say, " I don't appreciate you touching me, chill it with that shit!"....Maybe not as harshly, but you know what I mean. Our friends should be people we're comfortable around, and if we're not comfortable around them, then, what are they for. Or if you can't do it yourself, have another friend do it for you, but its best if you do it yourself, then it will show you're serious about the situation.

hiya, my friend has just recently got a new boyfriend. she has had one before and had sex and her mum didnt no. im scared she will have sex again beacuse today she said to her other friend that she did something with him, and im thinking it may well be sex, cos she sed she was in a shed (by theirselves).

Well, I understand how you feel, but you can't make the decision for her whether or not shes having sex. You can upfront with her and ask her if she is having sex and if she's using protection. If she isn't using protection, THAT would be an issue. Talk to her and help her make sure that shes doing the right thing, be her friend, you may not like what shes doing, but you have to be there for her,I'm sorry to tell you that, but thats the truth.

There aer these two girls in my year, lets call then Kate and Tara. Anyway, they have always been pretty slutty and worn loads of make-up and stuff, so I've never really liked them. But now for the school talent show they are doing pole dancing. Pole dancing! Parents and even grandparents are coming to the show! It really annoys me how they think everyone WANTS to see them writhe about on stage in next-to-nothing, and I am soo angry about it. Do they have absolutely no dignity?
Anyway, I guess my question is this; do I say somethin to them about it (remember, these girls are have lots of 'friends' and won't say no to a fight) or do I just simmer in silence? (link)

Tell the parents at a pta meeting.Or just tell your parents who will hopefully spread the word to others. I'm sure they will be outraged, but if these girls have friends like you say they do, get people who will honestly have your back. IF you tell the parents, I'm sure they will go to the administration, and they will have to do something about it. That way, you'll show those gilrs the world doesn't revolve around them, and they can't get away with murder, no matter how cool they think they are. And if for some reason, administration doesn't comply, let them do there little strip tease, and watch them get a low- level response from it, if that, that should snap them back to reality.

What kind of band is it, first of all, cause that really helps me with brain storming. Is it emo, punk, metal, thrash, ska, what? A good name for a band would be something like, "finger prints on your heart" or the "trashcan militia". What? I think they sound cool! *lol* Good Luck with a name.

I tell everyone this who is looking for vintage things, try the salvation army, old vintage stores,and record stores. If you know a place where a lot deejays hang out, go there, because they will most likely have one there, too. Garage sales and yard sales are also a cool place to look, but you may find more records than record players. Also, ask older family members if they have any, you'd be suprised. Good Luck.

I've just started gym class, & she said we're NOT allowed piercings what so ever, even ear. & your not allowed to cover it up or anything. i have 2 of my piercings in my cartilidge, i can take my other ones in my lobe out but not my cartilidge because it'll close and i won't be able to get it back in anyways. I start it tomorrow. and i really duno what to do. I dont want to take them out because I don't want to have to get them repierced. My mom said thats really stupid & she said I won't have to take them out. What should I do? (link)

When I was on track, they said the same thing. Some kids honestly used surgical tape to cover it up so the track judges wouldn't see. It seemed to work for them.

Lately my hair has been extremely dry. I don't know wether its that I straighten it everyday or that I wash my hair everyday. Are there any products that your suggest to make my hair not dry? (link)

You washing it and straightening it is the problem. When you wash it everyday, you strip the hair of natural oils, so your hair is dried out. Maybe you should try some conditioner to fix that. Lo'real worked for me, and my hiar was really soft. You also shouldn't straighten your hair everyday, it really damges it and breaks it off, and can sometimes make it smell burnt *blech!* i don't know if there are any other alternatives, but I think you should try the conditioner first.

I have many friends who are atheists who ask questions like this all the time. I myself, am not an atheist...I'm more of a nature worshipper, I'm Wiccan if you want to get technical. But my view of the Higher Power is a bit different from everyone elses. I believe there is a Higher Power, but I don't believe in creationism or anything. I believe that science is the God and Godesses' blueprint for everything, and even though I have chosen to believe in a Deity(ies), I often ask that question as well. I believe that the Deities don't really control anything. We are responsible for our own destiny. I alos believe that there is scientific reasoning for everything that goes on around us, we just have to explore it. I'm also a bit of a Marxist. Nothing happens out of "God's Wrath" no, there is a scientific explanation. Now, why the Deities would let things like this go on...perhaps to test our strength as a people...A horrible test true, but...There are nos uch things as coincidencesa and there are no such things as accidents, depending on what you're a Doctor of, you may agree with me.

I was like that, so what I did was, I got folders for my different classes, but what really worked was getting 2 different colored 3-ring folders, and putting dividers in them. My purple folder is for the work that has been returned for me, and my green on is for my notes and work that needs to be turned in. I put the dividers in there and seperated them by class, and make sure all the work, either retuned or work that needs to be turned in is in its correct place. That method really helped me out alot, and its very easy to do.

When you first do it might, thats how it was with me, especially if the tampon is really full, then it pushes against the walls of your vagina, and it hurts if your not used to it. Thats what happened to me. I guess you get used to it after a while, but the first few times is hell!

I am 23 years old. I have been having sex with my boyfriend for about 2 years now. He's the only person I've ever slept with, and vice versa. I'm having problems because sex is very painful with him and I don't enjoy it. His penis is very large and it hurts a LOT. The length isn't so much a problem, but the girth. Neither of us has any STD's or anything like that. I love him a lot and we've even talked about marriage but I can't imagine a life of not enjoying sex. Any advice? (link)

You should try taking yoga class to "stretch" some things out. I t would probably make things more comfortable. Also, try different positions where you are in control of penetration. I would also recommend vaginal exercise, i don't much about them, sorry, but I've heard about them. But your problem is very interesting, and quite suprising. But i think you go with the yoga for sure, I really think that would help.

I believe that every one serves a purpose in life. Everyone is worthy of living, if you weren't you wouldn't be here. Its our faults that make us human. You recognized yours, and its ok to be ashamed, but don't end it all. You go back and fix those faults and try to become a better person. You know the Higher Power loves of us all regardless. I know that you want to redeem yourself because you asked for help, which a step loser to becoming a better person. Please, don't hurt yourself, thats not the way to do it in this case. I think its time for you to put your gift to use; the gift of being you and get that thought out of your head that you are not worthy of the Higher Power's love. I hope you make it through.

At school dances, I never dance. I know..you'll say "then why do you go?". I just go and hang out with my friends. It's actually pretty fun. But they dance sometimes, and I don't. I guess I'm just not much of a dancer. I think I'm self-conscious or just embarrassed because I think I can't dance...I'm not sure. I'm probably afraid of what people will think of me, like if I dance bad/can't dance right or something. I'm just nervous. I've never slow danced with anyone either. So my first time will be a little scary. Anyway, back to my question. What do you think I can do to get over this? I need help, because I want to be dancing and having more fun than I usually do at the next dance. (link)

Well, I was kinda like that. Me being black everyone thinks that its automatic that I should know how to dance, but I don't dance, I mosh *lol* But what I do to get over it is dance with a group of my friends who won't make fun of me, even if my moves aren't that great. Before you go to a dance, have your friends show you some wicked dance moves. Just feel the groove, thats all I can really tell you. Slow dancing...*sigh!* I'm the type of girl who will jsut go up to the guy I like and ask him. to slow dance, but I haven't done that in a while. It all depends on your personality when it comes to slow dancing. But I'm positive you'll figure something out.

You have a low blood count. Which also means you get cold very easily. Its nothing dangerous that I know of, but its best if you keep a sweater with you.

Well, I had to say it, but someone is going to have to burst his bubble. At first someone should pull him to the side and tell him his own faults and tell him to stop picking out other people's faults, and if that doesn't work, do it in front of the entire class so he gets a taste of his own medicine, but don't be persistant about it, don't bully him, once should be enough and if that doesn't work, ignore him. All he really wants is attention, if you ignore him, he'll see that no one cares for his stupid comments and that hes not funny.

My mom had her nose peirced before I was born, and I didn't even know until she told me. It doesn't really leave a scar,it kinda does, but its honestly not even noticible unless you tell someone, and even then, it doesn't really show.

Bake some brownies and pass them out to everybody, but bake a seperate batch just for him. His batch will have ex-lax in it, while everyone elses' will be normal. Make sure to put saran-wrap on ALL the toliets! *Maniacal LAughter*
