You may be stressing her out a little, because she cares about you too. You need to talk to her. Tell her that you are sorry if you did stress her but she is the only one you can really talk to. Tell her that she has always been there for you and you feel comfortable talking to her. Tell her not to worry and you will be fine.

Talking to her is the best way to solve it.

I need some advice on how to lose weight quickly. I weigh between 147-150 pounds and I'm almost 5'5. I really wanna be as skinny as possible before school starts in a week. I only need to lose about 5-7 pounds, but I need a weight loss plan that will work super quick!

There aren't many plans that can help you loose weight in one week. Look in the August issue of Seventeen magazine, I know they have a GREAT workout plan in there. You can even look in this months and previous months. CosmoGIRL! too.

Eat healthier, have a nice breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Try not to snack alot. For breakfast, don't grab a poptart (they have alot of sugar) Have a REAL breakfast like cereal or eggs. Try and eatr fruits and veggies every day and drink a lot of water.

Try and excercise alot. Try the magazine workouts, or just run a mile or something. Do like 25 crounches every night before bed.

Q: okay, well i'm 14/f. and i have this guy friend that is 15/m. he's like freaking out because he got into a HUGE fight with a girl that he really liked, but she didn't like him. now he's thinking about commiting suicide. i am soo scared, what can i tell him?

tell him that it's just a girl. that there are soo many more girls out there for him. tell him he's a great guy and that any girl should be happy to have him.

convince him not to commit suicide. tell him the consiquences and that he would ruin your life and his because he has so much going for him.

sit down and talk to him. don't be scared, at least if you are, don't show it because you need to stay positive and strong for him. good luck!

Q: Alright.....so I'm in the 9th grade and I'm 14. I'm friends with ALL guys.3 of them tease me about my boob size. I'm a 32B and they all say I'm small and I don't know what to do anymore. your boob size is the average size for your age. those guys don't know what they are talking about. all guys can get perverted and only want DDs or something. i wouldn't stress it to much, if they say it again, make fun of them or something. say like well your penis is small.. i know perverted but they said your boobs are too small! hope that helped!

I hav been going out for this guy let's call him Josh for almost 10 months. We hav an amazing relationship and he really is my best friend. We have one problem his ex girlfriend is insane. She is obssesed with him and there is a long story behind that but just to make it short she is jealous and she wants him and her and I got into a big thing. I don't liek to start things and i do stand up for myself but i don't liek having enemies. About 2 weeks ago. My boyfriend started treating me like crap. This is 2 weeks ago: Saturday night we got into a fight because his ex's friends were starting stuff with my friends. I told him that i didn't know if i cood take i anymore. We weren't on the best page. Since it is summer we don't see eachother that much he went to camp before these 2 weeks and now he's on vacation. SO back to Saturday so that happened then on Sunday we talked and he was mad and upset. On monday we were planning to see eachother on tuesday but my friends messed it up. Also on monday we had a long talk about his ex and hwo i feel like he doesn't stand up for me like he should. When our plans got ruined for tuesday i was upset but it seemed like he didn't even care. On tuesday he called me at night and we didn't talk much but i asked him what he did today and he said nothing and that he's been thinkin about alot. I got a little worried. Well anyways Wedneday came n i went to my friends house with him and all my friends.I decided to just forget about everything because he was leaving that friday and i thought it would be the last time i would see him so i wanted it to be good. It somehow came up and he wanted to talk and said that i don't feel like he is really intersting and all that and he simply told me that he was just thinking that the relationship is getting too serious as in commitment wise. I understood because we are still young but how could he tell me he loves me if he doesn't wanna be with me. Well anyways on thursday i found out that on wednesday night he slept at his friends house and he did a camera thing with one ofmy friends theyw ere all joking but he told her to pull her shirt down more so her boobs would show. It's so hard to even write this because he's so not like this. On thursday night i found out earlier that day his ex adn her friends came over to swim with his friends. Just to amek it short on friday i saw him for 2 minutes and i was planning on talking to him about it but he could only stay for like 5 minutes. He was being an ass and he just left and said i love you bye. He's on vacation right now and i don't know what to do when he comes back. Hey. First off, I'm really sorry for what has happened to you, and I am always here.

You are three options in a situtaion like this. Here they are:

1- You could break up with him. Every girl should be treated like a princess, and in this case you aren't. He is treating you like crap and no girl deserves that. Then he goes and tells that girl to show off her boobs?? A def. NO. He isn't standing up for you at all and he doesn't want a committment. If you guys are really in love and you love eachother, committment shouldn't even be a problem, it should be as natural as breathing. I can tell that you love him, but think to yourself, does he love you back? Does he show it? You can't just TELL someone you love them, you have to SHOW it. To me, it doesn't seem like he is. You should be treated the right way, no matter what. But also, did you do anything to him that may make him be such an ass? You need to think of that too. If you do end up breaking up, it will be hard, of course it will be for like a few weeks. But you will get over it, I promise.

2- Sit down with him and talk to him. Both of you could sit down and talk to him. Tell him how you are feeling about his ex and really say it. Tell him that you told him once, and you shouldn't have to say it again, you shouldn't have to say it at all, but you want this to work. Next, tell him about the all boob thing and that you really really didn't like that and that could def. change how you feel about him. (also, do you trust him? if you don't mention that too) Next, talk to him about commitment and if he doesn't want to committ to you and doesn't want to be with you, why did he telll you he loves you? Put him on the spot for once. Ask him if you did something wrong that is making him treat you like crap.

3- Take a break from eachother. Tell him that you guys need a break and in like two weeks or whatever you think is good, then get back together and see how things go then. Remember that summer can bring out the worst in people cause guys and girls liek to be whores over the summer.

Get Pantein Pro-V Conditioner and Shampoo; it makes your hair 30% more thicker. I already have thick hair and it made my hair even MORE thicker. Also, use products from Aquage for straightening. SUch as the straightening ultra gel and shining spray. =] Hope that helped.

You need to talk to her friend. You must tell her the consequences of getting pregnant, and ask her if you did get pregnant, look at your future, what would happen? Would you drop out of school? Would you get an abortion? Tell her that she needs to make her boyfriend wear a condom becuase not using one could ruin both their lives. Conair isn't a really good straightener. I would recomend getting a new one. I use Rusk and it works GREAT. Or, you can go on sallybeauty.com. That place has very good straigheners. Also, if it is humid where you live, that could make your hair unstraight. I also recomend getting two products from Aquage. The straighenening ultragel and the like shining spray stuff. I use hat and it helps and makes my hair smoother. I hope you find something you like! Good luck

I wouldn't worry about your dad a whole bunch. If this new guys is better for your mom, that is what you should be focused on. Of course you should still make sure your dad is happy and he may be hurt when he finds out about you and your mom moving in to the other guys house. That's natural, everyone would be. But, he will get over it, because he will also want the best for your mom. You need to look on the brightside, I mean maybe he will find a woman! Remember that you are in charged. I know you want the best for your son, and you don't want to upset him, no parent wants to. But sometimes you just need to draw the line. Make him come home and maybe he will like it more then at your mom's house. Don't bribe him because that isn't very fair. Or, you can ask your mom to come spend the night one night, that may help also. Just remember that you are in charged and bringing him home will be the best for him.

Q: I have this swimming party on July 24. I weigh 147, 5'1, so im chunkey, or "fat". Well, I want a flat tummy. I will feel way much better. You know. Well this is what i have to loose weight, (my idea)

100 crunches, 100 calf phrases with 10 ilb. weights. go up by 5 every day.

eat only grilled chicken & fish. Salad, fruit, and drink water ONLY. Walk 15 minuetes after every meal. Smaller porportions. Skip exercise for only one day, that day only eat fruits & veggies.

So, does everyone think this is a fine plan? Thanks!
