Weight Loss by the 24 I have this swimming party on July 24. I weigh 147, 5'1, so im chunkey, or "fat". Well, I want a flat tummy. I will feel way much better. You know. Well this is what i have to loose weight, (my idea)
100 crunches, 100 calf phrases with 10 ilb. weights. go up by 5 every day.
eat only grilled chicken & fish. Salad, fruit, and drink water ONLY. Walk 15 minuetes after every meal. Smaller porportions. Skip exercise for only one day, that day only eat fruits & veggies.
So, does everyone think this is a fine plan? Thanks!
-Also. I want it to be REALLY flat. You know? soo, i meen im willing to do anything extra, i just dont have a bike and i CANNOT run. Thanks!

sounds pretty good. you should be able to lose about 10-15 pounds at least. its almost imposible to have a flat stomach, so you have to practice sucking it in. like beauty pagents have to suck it in also and theyre like stick thin. if you want to be really flat stomached, i would suggest doing 150 crunches, going up 10 every day. (and take breaks, drink lotsss of water) ]
wow. that sounds like a reeally good plan! im serious! i might even start doing it. lol. also if theres a local YMCA there they have these pilattes classes that are really good. and i mean reeally. they are amazing. welll, hope you accomplish your goal!

I think you should do what holahayley56 said,they pretty much nailedit, but IF you don't get the results you want then you could always wear a really cute pair of boardshorts. They have super cute ones in the boys and mens departments at Wal Mart! Also, get some Tazo Zen green tea,it's in a green box. It might taste disgusting but it will flush the fatty toxins out of your body, better than water, and will make it easier to lose weight. It will also kick up your metabolism and give you a ton of energy so you don't feel groggy after exercise and such. Also try taking green tea pills or, just for the time you need to lose this weight, get Hydroxy cut. JUST take it the few weeks before the party but DO NOT take it after. Diet pills or anything like that can give you heart problems if you take them for too long. So, I repeat, ONLY take it until the party. ]
It sounds a little over done.
-Drink 6-8 glasses of water per day.
its important to be hydrated, espically since your working out so much.
-Its good that your eating fish, seafood like salmon, tuna, halibut, and bass are all rich in omega-3 fatty acids. These can help reduce cholestrol and may even improve your mood, thinking & concentration. & they help make your hair shiny. =)
-Don't have orange juice, have an actual orange. Fruit is healthier, less caloric choice. It also has more fiber , which keeps you full longer; even juices not from concentrate can't compete with that.
-Orange & yellow vegetables like carrots, butternut squash, and yellow summer squash contain carotenoids, which may be anticancer compunds, while red and purple berries like blueberries, raspberries, & cherries contain health-promoting antioxidants.
-Start squatting. That's how those bikini-clad celeberaties get terrific tushes. Stand with your feet shoulder lenght apart and your shoulders back. Keeping your head up and your hands at your sides, do a deep knee bend. As you come up, exhale through your mouth. Do three sets of 10 to start. Once it becomes easier, do more.
-Dancing for an hour makes you burn up 300 calories!
-Jumping rope is the best exercise for your money. It works a tremondous amount of muscle while offering a great cardiovacascular workout.
-Sit up straight, your abs will thank you. The better your posture the tighter your abs. Make a serious effots to keep your posture straight and your ab muscles taut, and you should see a difference in the near future.
-8 hours of sleep can help you get in shape. Your hungrier, when you don't sleep.

Well i think you need to walk longer.....try maybe a mile or 2...3 is even better!no dressing on salad unless you read the lable! It seems like you are punishing yourself...so ONCE in a while get some celery and penut butter!I had the same problem aas you and I lost 20 pounds(in the 10 days) I was not as skinny as I hoped for but i did get more curvy and able to wear a 2 peice...and if you happend to wear a 2 piece then dont try to hide it...it will just cause more attention to look at it b/c if you are holding your stomach and people will then think you have a stomach ache and will wanna know whats wrong! But everything else you are doing is great!! ]
yah that is good but its good if you drink at least 20 onces of milk a day..and you will lose weight with everything you are doingthat is a really good idea but i dont think that you will lose everything by then it takes a month or two to be were you wantt to be but that is a great plan good thinking! ]
You can't run so walk for an hour everyday. Don't stop eating that isn't dieting it's being anerexic. Don't eat ice cream or candy only like 1 time (little bowl or piece).And if you feel comfortable with your wait then you are fine and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise. If you feel a little "fat" then just take it easy. everyday when you walk add 5 minutes to the next days walk.

Everything sounds really good but just 2 things I'd like to add.
You should have at least a small glass of maybe orange juice in the morning. Water is great but this small glass of orange juice get the right nutrients you need without so many calories because its only a small glass. ]
it sounds like a great plan, but that "no excersize" day, maybe just ride your bike around the block or walk somewhere. This might not be something you want to hear, but I honestly think that you wont have a flat tummy by the 24th. Your plan will deffinately work though to help you lose weight and to get in shape though i think, just the results may take a longer than a week ]
Your plan is perfect! I couldnt of thought of anything better! Keep it up and you should get to your flat tummy in no time! Good luck!
