If you want to stop cutting, tell a parent, or a trusted adult. They can help you get the help and medication needed. If you are worried about telling someone because of their reaction, sit them down when you are ready and just explain to them why you did it. Which yeah can be hard, but do it to the best of your ability. Next time you go to the doctor, ask him/her if they recomend a therapist (spelling) they would be happy to help. Cutting yourself is a searious thing that needs professional, tell an adult, and things will get better.

To kiss someone you don't have to be in love, or even like them that much. It's okay to kiss people your not in love with. If you don't like him, or love him tell him.. but it's not that much of a big deal if he you don't tell him. I'm sure he doesn't expect you to love him now that he has kissed you.

Next, You are 12 years old. Not to be rude again, but you don't know everything about sexual actions and the risks involved. If you said no the first time, that pretty much means your not ready and the idea makes you uncomfortable (weather you admit it or not). If you wanted to, you would have said yes the first time around. If you guy gets upset because you won't blow him.. his problem not yours. He should respect your choice. If he acts sad & won't talk to you then it obivously isn't "okay". Talk to him, tell him that it hurts your feelings when he gets upset, and that he should just respect your answer. Don't do something unles you want to, no matter how "upset" your boyfriend gets. And plus, you've made out, thats it & not that thats a bad thing, but going from making out to oral sex is a HUGE thing. Don't rush to grow up.. be happy being 12/13. All of my boyfriend's friends tell me I'm ugly and he can do so much better than me. What are some ways I can improve the way I look? I just don't think I look pretty.

You shouldn't change yourself. If he doesn't think your pretty and he thinks he can do "so much better" then you, then let him. I had a boyfriend like that once, one that told me I was ugly and that he could do so much better. I changed myself for him, but no matter what I changed or how much I changed it.. it was never good enough for him. I would never be to his level of acceptence. Also, because I had changed so much I lost friends. I wasn't myself anymore, I had become what he wanted and that wasn't what my friends knew me as. Don't change yourself. Tell your boyfriends that if they don't like you for who you are, then they're not worth your time. Stay yourself, because being your best is alot better then being someone elses best.

To your first question : YES, there are risks. You can still contract an STD from giving head. Google STD's & you'll find TONS of websites that give you the dieseas and how you can contract them. Also, sometime some people don't think younger girls should be preforming oral.. and they tend to say things.. (slut, whore.. etc) & sometimes being made fun off doesn't make you feel very good about yourself.


Honestly, no, I don't think it's to young. Yeah yeah, other people think so, but its my opipion. If you know the risks and you're comfortable with your decision, then theres no way you can be stopped. It's a tad young however, you don't know enough about guys and sex and all the things that come along with those choices. Oral sex is a major step in a relationship, may not seem like it, but it is. It's a serious sexual activity, but if you feel as though you are comfortable with you decision and your knowings of risks then go for it, I can't stop you. If you arn't however.. comfortable with it, or the guy.. don't do it. You'll only regret it later.

What triggers a person to say `Oh, she`s SO fake.`
Is it how a person looks; is it how they act or what they say? I don`t understand how someone can be fake. Does dying your hair make you fake? Do certain hair colours make you more or less fake? I think this whole `fake` fad is ridiculous and embarassing.

I dye my hair blonde on top and black underneath. Does that mean people have the right to say `you're sooo fake, ew` to me or behind my back? I`m sorry but I just don`t see what they`re implying. Besides, appearance has very little to do with personality.

To me, how someone looks has nothing to do with if they are "fake" or not. (in my opioion) Being "fake" has to do with the personality. How someone acts. If someone asks as something they are not, then they are fake. An example : If you act one way around people may it be your whole personality or just some of your belifs, then to me you are fake. If you can't act yourself and be proud of who you are, then you are not a true person. Talking behind someones back but acting all nice and friendly to their face, (to me) is not only "fake" but to faced. Clothes has nothing to do with how someone acts, a person is a person because of their personality, not where they buy their clothes. AND hair dye doesnt make someone fake (it makes their hair color fake haha but not them). I dye my hair but im not fake. I know who I am, and that is how I act, no matter the people I'm around. I can't pick out a person who is fake from accross the room. I have to talk to someone and get to know their personality to know if they are "fake" or not. Hope that makes sense, and helped a little.

ok so my friend is turning 17 in a couple weeks and she is having a really rough time with her friends and just family problems and stuff like that. so me and a couple of my friends are thinking about pitching in money and getting her something really good and something she would really like a lot. she deserves this. she is a great friend and we just want to try to make her feel a little better about her friend and family problems and stuff. so i was just wondering if you had any ideas of anything we could get her. i think were thinking about like $400 or $500 limit? if you have any ideas it would help so much! thanks!

With such a large limit, almost anything is possible. Simple things like, gift cards, clothes, jewlery. Alot of little things add up. Simply give her the money (all though that is a very large limit). A small trip somewhere, like a spa (if shes if to things like that). Acessories for things like : her room or her car or iteams if she plays a certin sport. Take her out to dinner & maybe a movie, and spend the money on that.

Shes your friend, and you should know her pretty well. Take some of those ideas, and run with them. If shes into something alot, base the gift on that. You seem like a good friend & I'm sure anything you buy her will make her feel special, as long as you put thought into it (which im sure you will, with that amount of money haha). i've had my peroid for almost 2 years now, and i've never worn a tampon.
And i want 2 (4 swinmming & such) buti don't know how it feels or how 2 put it in. and i been told if i'm not careful i could get TSS. i don't want this 2 happen what should i do?

Tampons feel odd when you first start wearing them, but you get use to them & fast. Start with a small size (such as a teen regualar) and the more comfortable you are with the tampons the more you can change around sizes and brands. When you put them in the main thing is to stay relaxed. Make sure to read all the instructions. Twice if you need to. & as far as TSS goes, its rare, and it happens when you leave your tampon in for like 20 hours. (not really but its a long peroid of time). Don't worry about that, just be sure to change your tampon every 3-4 like you're sopose to. Hope this helped, and don't worry tampons are nothing to be scared of.

First rule, BE HONEST. You should tell him, it will make things eaiser if you just tell him before he finds out the hard way. Try as best you can to make him understand why you did it. I'm sure thats not that easy. Sometimes you don't know why, just things get so messed up. I understand, I use to cut too. Sometimes explaining why you did it is harder then doing it. Hes your boyfriend, he should respect your decisions even if they are not good. Ask him if when you feel like cutting if you can call him and talk to him instead, so you have someone to talk to instead of going to the blade. Just be honest with him, and its understandable for him to get upset, but don't expect him to understand. Noone really understands the mind of a cutter, unless they have cut too. So just try your best to explain it to him. Hope this helped some.
