Why would you be dead if you told your parents you are depressed? Think of it this way, if they are against how you dress and act, maybe they will think "that must be what it is with her..." and get you the help you need and deserve.
Not saying that I think there is a problem with how you dress and act, because that's not the case. I was lucky enough to have parents who accepted me when I was into goth back in the day. What I AM saying, is that you can use their disapproval of your emo style to your advantage in this case. See what I'm getting at, here?
Besides, they are your parents, and they should want for you to be healthy, physically AND mentally. You shouldn't have to fear telling them you feel sick mentally, and think you need to see a doctor.
Don't hide everything anymore. I'm glad you are tired of doing so. You should never feel as though you have to hide how you are feeling.
I hope you get it all straightened out. Keep your chin up.
