you not that overweight. eat LESS, and eat healthier. like no sodas at all. make better choices for your diet, like stay away from candy.
Also, you should excersize more. (running is VERY good for you, and helps burn calories)

I've just recently got a ferret as a pet. He's male, about seven or eight months old. He's very docile and "lazy" for a ferret and is easily distracted, but he doesn't seem to want to play much. I know, I should be thanking my lucky stars he isn't always on "go go gadget" mode, but are there some games or activities that your ferrets enjoy that Doorstop might as well? ferrets like exploring new places, so put it somewhere where there is a lot of corners and holes and places where he can hide under (you can also put ferret treats in the places, so he'll be more active)

you should wait for a professional to do it.
because if you install it yourself and get shocked, then it'll hurt you really badly, and since you might have to go to the hospital or something, you won't even be able to play it until you get better anyway.
so ya... even if you don't think it's worth the wait, it probably is.

I'm a 19 year old female. I'm 5'3'' and weigh 135 pounds. Ever since I was 16 I've wanted to lose weight. I've been going to the gym at times 5-6 days a week for 3 months then I see no results AT ALL and stop going. I've been the same weight for 3-4 years. I've tried cutting back on calories but and it seems to be working well until night time. Then it is like I can't control myself and have to eat, if I see it I want it, if i know its in the cabinent I want it. I know I just need to tell myself no but has this happened to anyone else?!?! I restrick myself during the day but after dinner I lose it and undo my diet. I honestly need help...i was thinking of wearing a bracelet as a reminder to feel guilty or something when im bingeing (link)

jeez dude. you sound perfectly fine and normal where you are. what i don't understand is the mentality behind this wanting to lose weight business. i've known several girls who turn to anorexia or bulimia or intense excersizing in the hope of losing weight and it always ends the same way she keeps going and going and then her parents or friends find out and then her life becomes this closeley watched mess and she looks like some sort of stressed out caged animal whose deprived itself of food all in the hopes of looking better when she looked damn fine to begin with and didn't need to lose any weight. honey what you have is not the inability to diet, or the inability to control yourself. you have a stomach that needs to be fed and maintained. there's nothing wrong with eating and living healthy that's fine and dandy. but trying not to eat in the hopes of losing some weight is tapering on the edge of anorexia and real trouble. just eat, drink, and be happy. i grew up in a house where half the time we didn't know if we'd get a next meal so we ate when we had food. you're not in that situation you have it readily available so take advantage of it and don't force yourself to do something that you know is not a smart choice. starving yourself, fasting, whatever else is not a good idea, it's a terrible notion and one that could easily be your downfall. don't play with that kinda fire it's certainly not safe.

"The Chase" is the fun part. Once you "catch" them, then what????
If you need a longer answser...this is from page 2, (The Chase)....
There are a couple of things going on at your age. First of all, most of the fun in a relationhip is the actual CHASE. Isn't it exciting to finally get that special person to LIKE you back?! But then what....? Then you sit around waiting for when and who will be the one to "dump" the other and then the stress starts. So really, the best part of the whole relationship thing is the chase - right????
Ok, then the other thing is that guys are already figuring it out that being single is amazing. Because they are also having fun chasing and not having the "responsibilities" and the "obligations" associated with finally chosing just ONE girl. So, for a guy to give up all that fun of being single, he is looking for a girl that is "really worth it!" So the trick is to make the guy feel that it's an amazing accomplishment to finally get you to say YES to being exclusive with him. He needs to feel like giving up the exciting world of being single is worth it!
So, your friend seems like he's probably going through a couple of things at once.
1. The fun of chasing - not just you but other girls. *Important note here - it's no fun if a guy starts to chase and catches the girl really fast. It makes him not value what he just caught. (This is probably THE most important part of my advice to you because it sounds like he IS the one chasing but you're too easy to catch and he keeps looking for something that's more of a challenge)
2. Talking himself out of pursuing any type of formal comittment to you because he doesn't want to ruin what yall have worrying about breaking up.
Even the best of friendships sometimes don't survive the ego crushing of a breakup.
So, with all that said, how do YOU feel about turning this great friendship into something else? Is it worth the risk?
If you still think you want this guy to go to the next level in your relationship, you need to remember that part of the fun is the chase. I think this is why he always seems to have you AND another random girl he likes. YOU are a sure thing. It doesn't sound like you are challenge. The other girls ARE. So my advice, don't act so eager to go out with him. But wait...don't interpret this as I'm telling you to go make him jeleous! This is transparent to everybody and will just make you look foolish and probably damage your friendship with him. Just let everybody know that you decided to keep your relationship at the friendship level. Even if you hear he is starting to like you, stick to your guns. Make HIM chase you (FOR LONGER THAN A WEEK)! And make him work for it! It'll be more fun for you anyway. As a girl, don't you think it's more fun to be chased than to chase????
AND I think you have a huge advantage here. I think your friend really DOES like you. Nothing stings more (girl OR guy) than when someone that has liked you for a long time, suddenly STOPS liking you!!! It's a scary feeling! Like, "OMG! What's wrong with ME?!" From your question, it sounds like this is what is going on but you let him feel like he's won back your feelings too fast.
So don't give up. Just change the game. Make him work hard. Make him EARN your love. Then he won't take it (and YOU) for granted.

if he likes someone else, then you shouldn't get in the way of that. you could talk to him and stuff and if he starts to like you then that's fine but if you start talking to him and he still doesn't like you but he still likes the other girl, then you should just let him be with her.

I am aware that this will not get an award for brevity, but humor me.
Background info: I am someone who is known to have an incredibly individual, crazy, random style. I love uniqueness, and I hate wearing things that I know what 1 million other people are wearing. This goes for anything of the sort, whether it's a studded belt or a short little Hollister skirt- BUT this question is mostly geared towards the latter (to clarify, the clothing that the so-called "pretty people" wear).
I'm really trying to comprehend how people can like clothing like what is sold at Hollister or those type of stores. I guess it's almost humorous since I know the majority of people ask the same question about my outfits a good deal of the time- what could she possibly be thinking with that outfit? But I just don't understand...and I'm honestly trying to be as accepting of others expressions as I wish they would be of my own.
What joy do you get out of wearing these mass manufactured clothes that aren't even worth taking two looks at? They are so BORING and unoriginal and so..lacking in any creativity. Not to mention, those skirts practically show butt cheeks and things I DO NOT WANT TO SEE! EW! Between the false advertising (Feefee's stupid ass coconut shack, etc.) and the atrocious amount of skin shown, I can only wonder what America's "pretty people" are thinking and if they really are so "pretty."

YUK I hate Abercrombie, and Hollester and all those stores, all the "Preps" so there called where all those clothes, there so judgemental, it makes me sick! Those clothes are so boring a blue shirt that says in big letters "Abercrombie" for $50 fucking dollers, and the clothes are so tight fitting and show so much sikn, yuk! no one wants to see those peoples asses!!!! I could go on forever. Why where labeled clothing when you can make your own?
