okay, first of all i'm gona give you your BMI -
your BMI is 22.6
thats a normal BMI.
so therefore- YOUR NOT HUGEEEE! YOUR PERFECT!

but.
if you do want to lose weight - try these tips

1. jogging -
it burns calories...& tones muscles.
2. sit ups-
twenty a night [every night]
3. eat celery & drink cranberry juice for a meal-
it fills you up. & celery has negitive calories so, thats good!
4. cut out junk & fast food-
did you know that the fat cells you get from McDonalds stay inside of you forever?
5. believe in yourself-
if you think you can do this, you can!

good luck & i hope that helped !! :)

Your not huge. Dont worry. Your BMI is 22. That is a normal BMI, so your not huge. But if you want to loose weight, i suggest eating right, not much junk food, and working out. Possibly go to the local YMCA or gym and work out there, or if you have any exercize equipment at home, work out. Try running a mile a day outside or something. Maybe try a sport. If you want to get toned... listen to this.

Arms- Sit on a chair, get a grip on the edge (front) of the chair. Bend your knees like your sitting, then lower yourself slightly. Try to keep your buttocks as close to the edge as you can, without touching it. Hold for as long as you want, make it worth it. Then lower yourself and raise yourself (sort of like pull ups/push ups.

Thighs- The lunge is easy, you just stand up straight then drop your buttocks basically, bending your knees. Another one is when you lay on the floor, back and head flat on the floor. Lift your legs straight up, making an L with your body. Then drop your right leg slowly, stopping it about 6 inches from the floor. Then raise it back up into the L shape. Do that as many times as you want, make it worth it, at least 15, then switch legs.

Stomach- crunches get the top abs, but thats mainly it. But there is the two way crunch. Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet on the floor. Raise your legs to your knees are above your hips and your calves are parallel to the floor. Put your hands lightly behind your head, then pull your bellybutton into your spine. Exhale, squeeze your abs as you lift your hips slightly off the floor, bring your knees to your chest, lifting your head and shoulders a few inches from the floor. Inhale as you lower. Then there is the plank, put your hands and knees on the floor. Drop your hips and walk forwards so your knees, hips, head, and shoulders are in a diagonal line. Flatten lower abs by pulling in your belly botton, but dont curve your spine. Hold that for 60 seconds. Then lower abs to stabalize your pelvis and spine. Slowly lift your right knee, then your left, and straighten your legs behind you. You should be on your toes and hands (sorta like a push up) forming a diagonal line. Keep your torso stable, continue pulling bellybutton in while breathing normally. Hold for 15 seconds, add 5 more seconds each day you do it.

Butt- Stand tall with your feet hip width apart and toes forwards, arms hanging at the sides, abs contracted. Step as far back as you comfortably can with your left foot, bending both knees so your right knee aligns over right ankle. Your left knee should be lowered to the floor, without touching it. Keep your left heel lifted. Return to standing position by squeezing your butt and puching off of your left foot, repeat same leg 15 times, slowly. Then switch legs.

Well you aren't over weight, but if you insist. Drink only water. Eat vegetables, lean meats, and not alot of carbs. Obviously don't eat candy and sweets. Go to www.toneteen.com or www.msn.com and look around for their health and exercises.

you not that overweight. eat LESS, and eat healthier. like no sodas at all. make better choices for your diet, like stay away from candy.
Also, you should excersize more. (running is VERY good for you, and helps burn calories)

Kizlode answered Friday December 30 2005, 6:29 am:
The only way to really loose weight and keep it off is to eat less and exercise more. That doesn't mean you have to starve yourself or sign up to some extreme exercise programme. Just cut out fried foods, high fat foods and pastry, and cut down on dairy produce and sweet foods. Then start walking more and maybe take up some kind of activity that give you physical exercise (maybe a sport - swimming is very good). Also try to either cut down on or cut out caffine and alcohol.

I hope this helps but don't get too obsessed with losing weight, that's how eating disorders can start, remember it more important to be healthy than thin (and you can be healthy and overweight - as long as you not TOO overweight).

Kizlode.

Eat veggies. Stay away from sodas, tea, coffee etc. No more cookies or cake or ice cream. Just eat lean meats (chicken, deer, fish, etc.), vegetables and fruits.

You might not loose pounds immediately, but coupled with healthy exercise - 30 minutes of aerobic exercise (walking briskly, jogging, biking, roller blading) three times a week, you'll be able to tell in how your clothes fit.

You're really not that big. Your BMI is 23, which is healthy. [see [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) on the left side panal, third from the top it says "am I fat?" click on it.]
