I may be completely over-reacting, but I really need some advice on this;
I'm thirteen, and I started smoking a few months ago... at first it was only a fag or two when I was around friends, but now its almost like I need a few cigarettes to calm me down just so I can start studying... not just around my mates and stuff..
Problem is; I've started to get some pain in my chest, and I've let myself get into a panic by reading that section on a ciggie packet about health hazards over and over again...
and now I'm afraid I may be sick... like i said, I may be over reacting... but I'm panicky... I don't want to die, my parents are doctors!
I can't tell them, I'll get into so much trouble... and after they send me for a check up, and if the results turn up fine, then I'll want to smoke again- but they'll confiscate the pack from me... and I won't be able to... Honestly, I have so much going through my head right now, I CAN'T STOP SMOKING, BUT I CAN'T DIE EITHER??
What should I do?!

i know this might be hard but you have to tell your parents but its the best thing to do right now
dont wait and continue smoking its so bad for your health just tell your parents!

My boyfriend and I broke up a little more than 2 months ago, and about a week ago he told me that he still loved me and could never bare to tell his mom we broke up because it would make it "real." I told him that i still love him too, and, even though we had gone back to being best friends after we broke up, now that we both admitted to still liking eachother we have barely talked or anything. I'm starting to worry our frienship is falling apart, which is more important to me than ANYTHING. Is there any way i could make a move to tell him we're still OK and nothing's changed, anything u guys think will help...or, more importantly, any reason this has happened? (link)

maybe hes not sure about his feelings right now he still might love you but he might not be sure if you still feel the way you said you did

is it normal for a girl to have an upset stomach during her period? Because my stomach feels naseaus(sp?)and i feel like i wanna puke and my stomach is all bubbly feeling..this is my 3rd time having my period so any suggestions what i can do. i dont have any medicine so that wont help. 14/f....thanks for neone who tries to help. I was just wondering if anyone has used the Remington Straightner, the one that straightens wet hair. If so,does it actually work? Is there mcuh damage? Is 25-30 dollars a good price for it? any straightner you use demages your hair wet or dry doesnt matter
but i use conair ceremic technology and thats a really good starightner its one of the best i ever had and i had a few

Alright, i feel silly asking this question but sometimes i feel weird that my boyfriend is a bit shorter then me. I love him very much and he loves me back even more and a feel like this could last for a long time. Hi. im not writing this question for people to tell me im unique and crap, but lately, ive just been feeling bad. I think im ugly. People always tell me that im ugly. its just my face..i mean my nose is just so weird that i feel so self conscious and whenever im with my friends it hurts me so much always seeing guys all flirting with them and stuff. ive never been asked out, and people always tell me that im ugly. i know its mean, and only sometimes i feel pretty. i know that if i feel beautiful, i am beautiful, and being confident is bueatiful, but i dont want that crap. i need some way to make me feel better about myself....any suggestions? God makes each of us different and if your friends call you ugly thats just messed up
you shoudnt think of your self so low dont listen to what opther people say you have to think of your self as beautiful and feel confident so other people can think of you as that
dont make your self feel miserable just because of a little thing who cares what people think what matters is what you think

then when the list comes out use the arrows to go on the things you want to delete and press delete

Ok. I'm going on vacation to Brazil in less than a week and I'm gonna pierce my belly button there. I heard that salt water is good for the piercing. But I also heard that it's not good to go swimming ANYWHERE b/c it might get infected. I need to know if I could go swimming in the ocean while I'm Brazil (since the ocean is salt water you know)? dont go swimming give it atleast 2 weeks it could get infected with the bacteria and besides you have to apply medication for a week or two

Okay. Here's a little background info. Okay. Me and this kid named, lets just say "Mark" went out for about 5 months. We talked on the phone everyday, and hung out almost everyday. I was soo in love with him. But then we broke up a couple weeks ago. But I really regret it. We talk sometimes now, but I really want to go back out with him again. I miss him soo much. We went to some party last night, and he told my two best friends that he still liked me. I really want to tell him how I feel, but I don't know. I'm just really shy about telling people how I feel.
