Yeah, that can be normal. If you get cramps so bad that you can't move, or can breathe, talk to your doctor, it could be an irregular cycle, and your doctor will know how to take care of that. But what you ahve sounds like it's pretty normal. If you don't take medicine (although Pamprin and Midol work), then try some light exercise. Jog around the block, or do a few sit ups. It really helps relieve the cramping. Hope this helps :)

It can cause you to have an upset stomach. Do the same things you would for cramps. Try a hot water bottle or heating pad on your stomach. Have mom get you a bottle of midol and use it in the future. Works great. :)

Just stay away from chocolate stuff and sweets they make your stomach feel alot worse.

Yes it's normal to have an upset stomach during your period. Fluctuating levels of hormones throw your body off balance sometimes causing nausea, bloating, headaches, cramps, etc. Try snacking on some saltines; they'll help calm your stomach. Sucking on ginger can also help. Try your local health food store to get some. In a pinch, I've found that sucking on a peppermint will help too. You could buy a box of Dramamine at the store. It will help keep the nausea down.

If the nausea is extreme and interfering with your life, talk to your doctor. There are several medicines on the market today that can help treat nausea.

YES it's definetly normal, i know what ya mean, and it's not fun. But dont worry. sometimes this happens, but sometime yur period isnt so bad, so yu dont really get cramps. Ibyprofen always helps for me, and if medicine is not an option, just lay down on your back and take deep breathes. Just relax wen this happens, that always helps me. Hope i helped, nd i hope yu feeel better!!

Yes it's normal to feel nauseous. It's one of the many symptoms us girls experience during our menstrual cycle.

To help relieve the pain, take Midol. It works wonders! If not, take Tylenol, Aleve, Advil...or try drinking 7up...it usually helps me feel better when i have a stomachache.
