You have 2 options.
1. Eat more. but there's no guarantee the extra weight will go to your legs. Eat more carbs and proteins.
2. Exercise your legs to give the illusion they're thicker. I don't mean hardcore exercising to give you huge muscles, I'm talking cardio exercises (running, cycling, walking etc). Perhaps even try some leg weights to tone them up a little, too.

Are they new holes and are they earrings with butterflies on the back? If so, they're quite hard for some people. You just have to hold the front steady and pull the butterfly at the back. You should hear it click.

Trust takes time to build, ESPECIALLY with parents.
They do it because they care about you. They don't want you to get hurt and do things you shouldn't be doing.
As you get older, you'll notice them getting more lax.
For now, to show you are a maturing young adult, don't moan about it! Accept their rules and they will soon see you are willing to listen and do what it takes.
As I've said.. it won't always be like this. Just carry on being trustworthy. :)
