It's a good idea to have a smear test once you become sexually active, however a lot of girls wait for a couple of years until they do. As there is a very slim chance that you are pregnant or have caught an STD then it won't hurt to wait a while.

It is generally more hygenic to have a circumsised penis because smegma tends to build up in the foreskin. Some people get circumsised for religious reasons but others are circumsised purely for hygene reasons. Generally, it's better to be circumsised but it doesn't really matter if you aren't or don't want to.

It's easy to bring it up with your doctor. Just make an appointment and tell the doctor you'd like to discuss birth control. You have to remember that doctors are used to it and that they'd seen everything, they're officially unembarassable. It's nothing to worry about.
It usually makes your periods lighter, less painful and more regular. However there can be a few side effects and your doctor will be happy to discuss these with you. There are other types of birth control and your doctor can help you choose which is best for you if you don't like the sound of the pill.
It's 99% effective against pregnancy and is the most foolproof method of birth control. However there is always a tiny chance, and alot of people use it with condoms to protect from STDs and to give extra protection against pregnancy.

I've never heard of boobs getting bigger after sex and it's probably just puberty. If you're worried about being pregnant then it's probably best that you take a pregnancy test. If it turns out that you are pregnant then there are people who can help you figure out what to do.

You can but it probably will give you razor burn. My best advice is to shave with lotion. It's much better than anything else I've shaved with, including shaving foam, and it always leaves smooth, razor burn free skin afterwards.

When you're going through puberty it is completely normal to have irregular periods. It's common to get a period then to not have another for several months. As you grow up, your periods should even out and become more regular but some people are always irregular and that's nothing to worry about.
