Yes you can shave your legs using soap. That's what I use when I'm out of shaving cream. Just make sure you lather them up pretty good since soap isn't as thick. And you could get razor burn whether or not you use shaving cream. I personally have never gotten it (knock on wood) but I know people who have and I know that they use shaving cream. So I don't really think it matters what you use, you can (thought not neccessarily will) get razor burn with or without using shaving cream.

Yeap you can & usually it won't. I've found using conditioner though works wonders. Its easier to shave, the razor doesn't get as clogged and your legs are really soft afterwards.

Mackenzie answered Saturday July 1 2006, 3:07 pm:
If you lather up really well, your chance of razor burn will be vastly minimized. I shave with soap, and I use disposable razors. Typically, one disposable razor is good for one to two uses. However, I just use the same one repeatedly. That may sound odd, but I like it better that way. I've found that using the same razor also helps prevent razor burn. It's always worked fine for me. Just a suggestion. (=

xxsima answered Saturday July 1 2006, 2:33 pm:
I have tried shaving with soap, and it didn't turn out so well. I got red bumps all over my legs. I guess it depends on how sensitive your legs are. But, if your skin is sensitive, save your legs from red bumps, constant dryness and itching, and use actual shaving cream. Also, shaving with a dull razor can cause razor burn. Make sure that you use a new razor and not a borrowed one from your mom or sister. Make sure that its clean, otherwise bacteria can piling up in the blades.

Hope I helped!

missx3seyi answered Saturday July 1 2006, 12:53 pm:
uhh. if your going to use soap you should mix it with something else. or use a shower gel. soap isnt advised for shaving though. try borrowing some of your dad's shaving gel every once in a while he wont notice and its safer.

MHScutie87 answered Saturday July 1 2006, 12:21 pm:
It really depends on the sensitivity of your legs. My legs are extremely sensitive so the freak out whenever I do not use a sharp razor and shave gel. Yours may be different, however. Be sure to use a good brand of soap, like Lever 2000 or Dove, if you are going to.

hope this helps- :)

You can but it probably will give you razor burn. My best advice is to shave with lotion. It's much better than anything else I've shaved with, including shaving foam, and it always leaves smooth, razor burn free skin afterwards.
