Ipod is better, but too expensive. And most mp3 players come with stuff that you have to buy for the ipod, like radio.

ipods will last longer if you take care of them. ipods wlil break very easily. mp3 players can be cheaper than ipods and most of the time are made better

IPods have a lot more accesories but are also more expensive and you have to use ITunes with them, Where as an MP3 you can use almost anyhting!
I prefer Ipods though! Hope that helps

I have an iPod Mini but I wish I'd got a good MP3 player instead. iPods are bad value for money and often break, so I'd go for an MP3.
