hi. im a 14/f. i got my period for the first time on may. it lasted for 10 days, and then after 15 days i got it again, then it lasted for 7 days.and then 14 days later i got it again. my mom says that it is supposed to take more time until a get it each month. i just want to know if my period is normal or is it under control or something. also what are better to use..tampons or pads? thank u
Okay now when you first get your period you will be irregular untill about after 2 years of having it. Also it is up to you which you prefer on the whole tampon vs. pads. Also a lot of people say that tampons give you TSS but that is not very likely unless you leave it in for too long, if you jam it up to high, or some of the scented ones will do it too. hey. I'm 14/f. Me and my ex boyfriend had sex ,i thought it was a good idea at the time and i felt really comfortablewith doing it but now i don't think it was right. He dumped me the day after and i felt realy bad because i liked him alot but he obviously didn't like me. Now he is calling me horrible names and being really mean. All my friends are all acting wierd to me now and i don't know what to do.

I really hate to say this but I think he just used you. My advice is to just ignore it and next time consider why you want to do this, then ask your self will this guy call me rude names and use me? Also it will hurt for a while but if your friends are true friends they will be there for you. Hope for the best!

I feel like I am not needed. Like I don't have a purpose on this Earth. I feel like if I was gone, no one would notice. And I honestly believe that no one would. I would be gone for weeks before any of my "friends" noticed I was gone. And my family, they would all move on extremely quickly. I am always forgotten, left on the sidelines, doing nothing, locked up in my room, wishing that someone loved me....

I feel like this a lot of the time, what I did was I told my friends how I was feeling. They told me that they would die if I died, and it really made me feel better also try to get more involded in what your friends and family do. Hope for the best!

Ok, I have been having dreams of being with other men even though I have a bf. I love my bf and would never cheat on him. I used to have those dreams a lot but it stopped for a while but now there back =/. I hate it, I used to just get up and forget about it, its just a dream right? But now they are really bothering me. I love my boyfriend so much and our two-year anniversary is coming up. We tell each other everything but I haven’t been able to tell him about this cause he can get very jealous. He tells me stuff like that and it really wouldn’t bother me. Should I tell him? Is there anyway to make the dreams stop? Do they mean something? We were on school busses and they left us at what looked like a mall but also a school. Any way my bf was with me but we got separated and I hung out with my friend and we found out there was a concert on the roof. we went up there and one of my bf's friend that I used to like was there. Anyway during the concert someone bumped into him and he feel on me and kissed me, I kissed him back and then stopped and started crying. He said come on you don’t like him he doesn’t treat you right don’t cry, don’t you like me? Which made me cry more and I ran downstairs and then woke up.
This guy is the one I dream of the most and he’s attractive but I love my bf and think he is much more attractive so why am I having these dreams! And do I tell my bf? I really want these dreams to stop I never even think of those guys and I end up dreaming about them! AH! Please help

There are many ways, one way is to hire a talent agent and he will book you some work. Another way is American Idol but that steals most of your profit. Oh and also if by some random chance of luck you can get noticed by a scout or you could try out for contests! In order to do all of this though you first off have to have a good singing voice. People tell me I have a reasonabley good voice but I want to make it really good. What exercises can I do to make it stronger cos at the moment I hit a high note and my voice sort of totally disappears. It's real weird!
I go up by thirds in practice and it helps me to hit the high notes when I'm actually singing. Going up by thirds is like this. Do, mi, re, fa, mi, so, fa, la, so, ti, la, do, ti, re, do. Also it could just mean that you are not a soprano. Hope for the best!

The people that know me think that I'm a nice person, but people who don't, think that I'm stuck up and a goody-goody. It's as if getting good grades is a crime! They assume that I can't have a good time, which is really not true. People won't really come up and speak to me (especially boys) because of this. I have these two friends and they both lie at times. To me at times...and well one day they were asking weight. And I said I'm 160 and she said 120. now she's pretty fat and she can't in no way be 120. I was really stunned at her effort to lie. I don't want to confront her but she makes me feel like i can't trust her again.

O.K. so here's the deal. My brother takes me to school each morning in his car. Usually we would just leave at the last second, and get there in time. Now, we're leaving 30 minutes earlier to pick up his friend. I was o.k. with it, but now they're starting to smoke in the car and I get to school with my clothes smelling like smoke. Normally, I would just ask him to stop, but during last summer him and his ex-girlfriend had a baby when he was sixteen, and now I just feel bad for him a lot and I would feel guilty for asking him, because it's probably his way of dealing with the baby (Not that it's the right way.) What should I do?

I have this problem too. Perfume and body spray makes it smell worse. Have them drop you off about 5 minutes earlier, then once you get there walk around for a while it will air out the smell. Hope for the best!

I've known my bestfriend since 7th grade (we're now both juniors) and we're the closest two friends can get and I love her to death.
Our freshman year, we'd always hear about this girl Meagan and how slutty and bitchy she is. Meagan is a grade ahead of us. Well, 2nd semester of freshman year my bestfriend had a class with her but only for about a week because she got switched out.
Last year, my sophomore year, I was in a class with her for the whole year and at fisrt I didn't like her because of the things I've heard but we started talking and she wasn't that bad. Yeah, some of the rumors were true but she was still a good, fun friend. Now we're really good friends. Not as good as my bestfriend and I, but nevertheless, friends.
So whenever I'm with my bestfriend, and I talk about Meagan, she gives me this disgusted look and talks smack about her. I tell her to shut up and not talk about people she doesn't know and then that's the end of it.
Meagan and I are going to a concert in July and I asked my bestfriend if she wanted to come with us because I know she likes that band. Well, she told me that if Meagan is going, she isn't.
How can I get her to stop being so judgmental and at least try to actually meet her?
I think your friend might not like her not only because of the rumors, but she also might feel like she is being replaced. Tell her how much you care about her, and also tell her that it would mean a whole lot if she would atleast give Meagan a chance. With any luck she will say yes and then it is concert time!
