What can a 13 year old do to get money? I'm almost desperate. I seriously have no money, neither does my family. I just need some ideas to earn some extra money.
Thanks!

NeedAdvice21 answered Sunday July 9 2006, 11:44 am: hi
the way you can earn money is to baby-sit a neighbor or to walk the neighbors dog daily. maybe you can even take a part time job as a cashier at a local market and/or at the mall, or even at an ice cream shop after school. On weekends you can do your job then or even just hang-out with your friends. i hope you can earn money that way

thelaura answered Sunday July 9 2006, 9:13 am: At your age, there isn't alot of things you can generally do to earn good money, but there are a few ways which can help you earn that little bit extra cash.
A favourite amongst teens is selling things you no longer need on Ebay.
Offer to walk neighbours dogs. Ask anyone if they need their gardens mown/raked etc.
You can get part time jobs which don't interfere with schooling. Check this website out to see when you can and cannot work at your age:

samthebear answered Sunday July 9 2006, 7:44 am: i'm not sure when the starting age to work is over there but you could try baby-sitting, or you could offer to clear up some neighbour's yard for money. odd jobs here and there should be able to give you some extra cash in hand. if the legal age to start working over there is 13 you could try and apply for some part time work. however if it's at a higher age such as 16 or 18 i suggest you do odd-jobs for neighbours and such. hope that was helpful!
